Johnny's Kratom Kava THC Vapes — Local services in Saint Petersburg

Super upset because I was excited for this place to be the first smoke shop in gulfport but the prices for basic vapes are ridiculous to begin with. After I spent 20$ for a vape thats I've seen for as little as 11$, I checked before I left the store to make sure the vape hit and it hit fine but as soon as we left it started going crazy and ended up not hitting at all. I went back the next day to get it replaced and they told me no because people try to bring back empty ones, which I understand 100% but I could have opened the vape to show it was still 98% full of juice considering I only got 10 hits out of it. I have been here before and liked the staff but this rule for when you are selling faulty vapes is unfair to the customer to over charge them and then not replace it when it is clearly not working correctly. They did not offer me a discount or anything and basically just stood there not willing to do anything. Edit: manager contacted me and made it up....

So been here a couple times and both times have they sold me first Time The vape and coils (the wrong coils) the second time after it explaining the fact that they gave me the wrong quotes the first time they gave me the wrong calls again the second time claiming some symbol on the side of the vape told them that that was the coil now I'm stuck with $40 worth of coils that I can't use and can't return supposedly highly dissatisfied luckily they make you put one star because I would have put none really would like to talk to a owner instead of these disheveled kids they make...

I have been going to multiple Johnny’s locations for years now. My initial fascination with Johnny’s locations is how strong and how well they make their product. Since moving to the south St. Pete area, I decided to make the Gulfport location my new home. Management knows what they are doing with this location and is the reason I make this exact location my home.
