Parc's Discovery Learning Center — Local services in Saint Petersburg

I will only give this center 2 stars only because the teachers at this center are amazing. My son has learned so much here. The only bad thing about this center is their billing process. It seems like they pick and choose whether or not to keep your child due to being 1 week late on payment. They will accept your payment one day and then the next, wont! I have been put numerous of times in situations where I will be walking up with my kids to the center, and being told they cant stay because of a bill that was due the same day! I have been beyond furious with this center. I feel like some days they don't want to keep your child and then the next day, its ok. Look I have to work, so I can pay daycare! I have contemplated pulling my children from this center as well. They barely work with you at all! Its a tough situation and the only reason I keep my children here is because of the teachers! Other than that, the office staff, I don't want to deal with at all! Some changes are definitely needed at...

I am thrilled to recommend Discovery Learning Center. All three of my children have gone through DLC and our experience has been wonderful. The staff are very warm and understanding and my children have blossomed. The center also has many on-site therapies and services which are excellent. Throughout COVID the center has been in constant communication with us as parents and has gone above and beyond to put in all possible sanitization and safety measures.
