I would actually give 0 stars if allowed. I purchased $1500 worth of furniture on December 15, 2021 at the Tyrone Square location where Katie works. In a matter of 10-15 minutes I bought a couch and mattress/box spring. The couch was delivered the next day and was defective. I text Katie literally 2 minutes after the furniture was delivered. She said she would look into it. After multiple texts to her and her manager, Mark it is now January 30th and still nothing. I even had to go back to the store twice because they were not returning my calls. They kept saying that because of the holidays, the techs are backed up. Well it's now January 30th (45 days later) and still nothing and well past the holiday season. They are now not taking my calls/ignoring me. All I want is the couch fixed (which should be a 5 min job) or a refund. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And Katie, shame on you, when all you really were looking for was a good review? You should be embarrassed. This is not how you treat clients. And your manager is a liar. Clearly I'm getting no one out to fix my couch. Buyer beware with this store...

Take your chances of buying furniture here. We purchased a mattress here only to realize that after a couple of days sleeping on the new mattress was not appropriate for our backs. The store has upfront a no refund/exchange policy. This was our mistake as there are many stores out there that have a trial 30, 90, 120 sleep period. Which you can return/exchange your mattress (minus re-stocking fees but hey at least you can get a mattress fitted for your back). So we have an expensive mattress which we will not use (for guests now) and back to searching for a mattress. (Amazon has 100 day trial and no-restocking fee for returns). Ordered a second sofa because I loved the first sofa. After getting the sofa I realized that the design had no head support at all and was not the same sofa I had before. I signed that I accepted the sofa because the delivery guy said that they couldn't take it back because it was already assembled. Their add on offer up did not show the back of the sofa and was very misleading. . I called the main number and spoke with Sam who was extremely rude and said that they cant take a sofa that was "already used" they wont even exchange for another sofa. No wonder why they only want cash purchases , and no receipt. Will never order...
