The...Quesadilla...chicken or sans chicken...3 different days order this item. ALL 3 times, get home and the dang thing is NOT cut all the way through. Pull it apart and it's a mess trying to separate the slices. For the heck of it, went up the road to the other TB, same order...ordered inside and watched what happens. Quesadilla is in the wrapper and the worker uses that half moon shape cutter...not a cutter per se...blunt edge and rolls it a few times into slices. Same issue. Get home, have to pull each slice apart making a mess. Ok ok...small issue. Don't use the "cutter tool" then. The pizza joints get it right...so could TB. Using similar tool. We realize that many customers have no etiquette. No manners, are rude, many are just poor excuses for a human being. Still, customer service is number one. It's a challenge to hire workers. Majority want a job but don't want to work in the fast food industry. Per peeve is...when done ordering...clerks always say...is that all? Sounds...like...what..that's it, you done ordering...what..no more money? We teach staff to say instead...how about some....Cinnabons with your order! They are tasty! Or, how about some of our great tasting fries to complete your order? Or how about trying our new whatever...
Read moreThis taco bell is honestly contributing to the reason why people hate on fast food so much. I just got out of work and I wanted to grab some food and I ordered two beef quesoritos and I understood going through the drive thru that it would be a little wait because they were very busy. I waited for about 25-30 minutes and finally got my food and I go to drive off and the lady at the window stops me and rechecks the bag because she knew it was messed up. She fixes it and I drive home. I get home and see my quesaritos are ridiculously thin and skimpy. I bite into it and its legit beef and red peppers. Theres not supposed to be peppers in a quesarito and there was NO CHEESE WHATSOEVER. Queso literally means cheese. I’m beyond livid about this because then when I tried to call the store to talk to someone about this issue, no one picked up. I called at least 10 times and no one answered the phone. This taco bell was a TERRIBLE experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO GO HERE. Take the extra drive and go to a different one because it’s not worth the headache trying to get your...
Read moreYou're going to get one of two things: Good Customer Service or Good Food. Not both. There's a reason for this "food cost." It's what the managers get their bonuses from. If the "food cost" is low, aka, they rip you off on your burrito, the manager is happy. At the end of the night they can take the extra home to their families and they are happy, which equals happy minimum wage workers. Or you'll get bad customer service, aka, the "food cost" is too high and the food is too high quality and the workers have nothing to steal, making the minimum wage not worth it. The same goes for the other corps owned by these people: pizza hut and long john silver's. As long as the food cost is low enough they can steal food for their families and live comfortably. They DO MAKE MINIMUM WAGE, which makes it hard to pay rent and feed a family. So if they are happy, they are ripping you off. If they are mean they are ripping themselves off.
