The gentleman that works within the store has always been helpful with outstanding service. However, this day he was not working and it had been two ladies. The one lady was incredibly rude to my wife continuously asking "what do you want". Over the past 13 years I have never thought of leaving T-Mobile and never thought I would judge a company that has been good to me over the customer service of one or two employees, however this is my wife that they treated so poorly. They continued eating the entire interaction with one more rude than the other. My wife was out running errands and stopped in to ask about an upgrade and opening up a new line for my daughter. I want to add a line and now I have been looking for providers that are not associated to T-Mobile. I didn't know that a store manager would tell customers to not open lines, not upgrade to a new phone, and confront individuals with such aggression. If your going to stay with T-Mobile then drive an hour to the next on as it's worth it, but in my mind it's more worth while to switch lines. I have always recommended T-Mobile to friends and family and now I feel the need to advise against it knowing this is the treatment they will receive...
Read moreI had the worst experience with Boost, both phone customer service and the local Boost store. The Boost store took advantage of the age of my Mom to sell her an upgraded phone, when it was obvious she couldn't operate the original phone she had, due to her Parkinsons. The upgraded phone was too difficult for her to understand and then it stopped working. She went into the local store to return it and close her account. They told her they couldn't help her and to call this number. She has gone to this store for years and instead of explaining the process to an obviously ill, 80 year old woman, they just hustled her out with a phone number. She finally called me in tears and highly distressed from being shuffled from one person to another on the phone customer service because they couldn't understand her. I finally got on the phone myself and began my own customer service shuffle with the result being that they canceled the auto-pay, but didn't close her account. Shame on...
Read moreI was having issues with my iPhone. I went to not one, but two separate Apple stores and they didn't know what was wrong with my phone. They simply recommened that I buy a new one! Finally, I decided to ask for a third opinion before spending hundreds of dollars on a new iPhone. And boy am I glad that I stopped at this Boost Mobile store!! The owner not only knew exactly what was wrong with my phone, but he even helped me resolve my phone issues in a courteous, kind and professional manner! He deals with his customers with patience and friendliness. He understands and values the importance of a customer's time. More importantly, he saved me hundreds of dollars.
