I used to order from this Pizza Now regularly, but recent events have led me to take my business elsewhere. The last driver almost bullied me to get the coupons my daughter had seen online. He would not leave the pizza until I asked him to just it back and give me a refund. My last order was to another family on the street that is recovering from losing a family member. It is the only time I have used an alternate address. Tonight they did not verify my actual address, so the pizza went to the same neighbor, who actually called to thank me for the pizza. Accordingly, I was glad they did not have to cook this evening. However, when I checked back with the store for my remake, I was abruptly placed on hold, condescended to by the counter help, then flat out over talked/hung up on by their "manager." Her reaction and attitude caused them to lose the steady, billable monthly income a regular client can provide. Most companies spend a fortune trying to build brand loyalty. In the end, they voided my transaction, but did not remake the order to send it to me and my daughter. Comping meals for store employee error is standard in all hospitality/service industries. Evidently, the rude smart mouth "running" this location would rather cop attitude than do her job...just like the rest of the entitled, petulant snots you see in the service industry these days. Grow up, be a professional, or get employment in another industry. This entire ordeal is the worst I have been treated by ANY company and there have been some truly horrific experiences elsewhere. Read moreI ordered a few pizzas probably back in June and when they were delivered it looked like they had dropped all the pizzas on the side or it slid forward on the seat slamming to the floor, but all the toppings slid to one side of the box and you could tell it was dropped because the pizza was square instead of round On one side. I called the manager and tried to explain that to her and instead of offering to replace the pizzas she said when we made them at the store here they look good. I tried telling her so did the person delivering the pizza drop them somewhere between leaving the store to the car and to my house? Instead of offering to replace the pizzas, she offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. What a slap in the face. I spent something like $130 and you think they would want to make it right and we would have returned all the pizzas that were messed up for new ones but that was not offered.
