Subway — Restaurant in Salem

I ordered on the app while I was looking around Walmart, it said it should have been ready at 5:10. I got there around the time it said it should be ready and the person there didn't even start on it and was slowly working on other ones and had other people in line. I ordered it through the app so that way it would be ready in time for me to be able to catch the bus which was only running every hour. The girl even tried to ignore me and tried to go on to the next customer even though I was waiting there for like 10 minutes. And it turns out she didn't even make my sandwich yet. She said she can make it but that it would take a while because she wanted to get the line down first. And I told her I didn't have time because my bus was going to be here in 10 minutes and otherwise I'd have to wait another hour to get home. It already said it was ready on the app and I asked her if there was any way she can cancel it, she said no I have to go through the app. Of course I just sent you through circles and you have to fill out some stupid survey thing and don't even know if they're going to call you back or resolve it or not. And the worst part is I tipped her and she went up I'm not even making my sandwich. Tried to order through the app using a gift card. Then it said my order could not be completed at this time. But did that stop them from taking the money?! NO, IT DIDN'T. They we more than happy to take my $25.00 gift card balance, and $9 plus dollars out of my account. I went in to talk to with one of the employees and she said "I'll deal with you in a minute". Deal with me huh? Hmm interesting choice of words. I politely waited for her to build 4 sandwiches. Then finally I asked what could be done about this? She said go the website. I already did that, but the website wouldn't even let me submit my inquiry, I explained. Then she said just come back in 2 or 3 days and it should be fine by then. I went to order a sandwich and there was no one at the counter, I waited for a couple minutes and noticed a bell so I rang it once. A couple minutes later an older lady with short hair came out, grabbed the bell, and THREW it at the counter behind her knocking things over. And proceeded to yell "we have cameras, I could see you out here!" And I apologized and said "if people can't use the bell why is it there?" She just kept saying said " that's not for you, there are cameras" then she said "Now I can help you if you want".
