If I could give 0 stars I would but 1 will have to do. Just called for a patient of mine who was inquiring about where a certain location was to replace her iPhone battery. She was told by the Verizon on South 9th but she had forgotten what they told her. (She is elderly) So when calling the Verizon store on Crawford (because that was the only phone # I could find) to ask. The lady I spoke with was very short and rude. Didn't ask what the problem was, if SHE could possibly assist me. She simply said "I have no idea. I don't tell customers to replace the battery." I then asked "Ok? Then what is she suppose to do or where is she suppose to send it that WILL help her get it fixed?" She continued with "I literally don't know that's what I'm trying to tell you." She proceeded to say if she's doing it with insurance that there is a number she could give me in order for her to call. BUT if she's doing it out of her (the customers) own pocket. She has "no idea" where or who can help. When I then said ok well if she is doing it through insurance, how does she contact them. She did a big sigh and said "it's phoneclaim.com." So I wrote it down then before she almost ended the call I asked "And you said there was a number she could call? Can I get that as well?" Another big sigh then gave me the number. I thanked her (even though she literally did nothing) and hung up. Might I add, I never once was rude, short, or demanding. I know CS is hard and not for everyone. Obviously, it's not for her or she was having a bad day. Whatever the cause is, it's NOT acceptable to treat your customers or those who can potentially be customers that way. She had absolutely no reason to treat me like I was an inconvience. Especially when it's for one of THEIR customers who give them their money. I hope whatever the reasoning is, it gets fixed. Read moreI had the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia when I went in to order a phone and as well when it was delivered, and went to get it transferred. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted or needed. She helped me score the best possible offer she could for me, and even had offered other wonderful things such as better deals on our apps and other accessories. She never forced anything on me or ever made me feel like I was spending more money than I needed. We also had a situation, where my phone accepted the upgrade but it didn't activate and we spent some time with customer service. I was there almost 2 hours past close. I'm more than sure she was ready to do her close and go home, but she never made it seem that way. She acted as though business was open, didn't rush me, answered all my questions, made friendly conversation as we waited for customer service to figure out the issue. It's hard to find people who want to work these days, let alone spend two hours after closing time, keep a smile on her face and continue on with her day. The professionalism was real. I usually go to the other Verizon store, where I usually have trouble and/or am told false or misleading information. Not here. Highly recommend this store over the others. 5 stars! Cleanliness, respectful, personable, and attentive. Everything you would want from an employee and then more. Verizon usually feels like they are way too expensive and they are. Read moreOriginally we had a great experience at this store however we have had nothing but issues since getting new phone service here. We were promised promotions that did not appear after 2 bills populated due to trade in devices not being properly inputted into the system. Things happen and human error is a thing so we went to the store to ask them to fix it. The manager let us know the rep who helped us Nichole would call us with an update. That never happened so I called to speak with Nichole again the next day and was apologized to and again informed Nichole would call us to explain. It is now 2 weeks later and the store will no longer answer our calls and no call from Nichole or even the manager. I had to call customer service who fixed it all in a matter of 15 minutes.
