Usually my family really enjoys the food here and the customer service is great. My only reason for 3 star rating is that the food quality has been inconsistent for the last 7 months. I mean I've really been trying to hang in there and give the benefit of the doubt... However, it seems like the weekend chef's are really off base. For example, sometimes the hot & soup soup is darker in color and is actually spicy and has plenty of ingredients. Other times, like tonight, it is light in color, tasteless and lacks ingredients, such as the tofu, chicken, etc. This is the same issue with the Schezwan chicken. Sometimes it's spot-on and other times it's not even spicy. Ideally all of your chefs should be cooking the food the same way so that there aren't discrepancies in the way that the food looks and tastes. I really hope management addresses these issues and we can continue to bring...
Read moreI went and splurged because the reviews that said it would be good. Meh' * I was surprised to find the $14/15 total for a lunch/dinner dish and a side of crab rangoon was maybe six or seven pieces of General tso's Chicken on top of a order of lo mein ( I upgraded) the food I would say was a three three and a half star but the proportion and serving was very dissatisfying I literally had six or seven pieces of General tiles breaded chicken on top of some very adhere to each other lo mein noodles I don't think they were very fresh, personally. The crab rangoon was extremely tiny and maybe two teaspoons of filling and a little overcooked they would fit in a toddler's hand very small my biggest complaint was the portion and serving size of the value for the meal for $15 for a lunch I was hoping to at least be full but seven little pieces of chicken just don't feel you lol -that's...
Read moreThe visit started with our cashier not being able to decide whether she wanted to help us or take orders for the drive thru constantly leaving us as we were speaking. The rice was extremely bland and dry for my meal. The chicken was honestly the only good part about the visit. Egg rolls are smaller than spring rolls so they’re not worth it. Update: came back and the egg rolls are still extremely small, I had asked for lo mein instead of rice but they still gave me rice even though they repeated the order back to me multiple times saying lo mein. Also could hardly understand the cashier when calling for the order and he could hardly understand us as well. Really getting annoyed...
