Yet another mediocre Panera wannabe. That would be fine except it’s just not good! So…the coffee I got was fine. Pretty standard stuff. We got 2 wraps for lunch. Baja and cranberry something. First, the Baja. I can sum it up with “no taste at all.” The bonus was that all, I mean all, the chicken was at one end of the wrap, salad filled the bundle up and half the wrap had nothing but lettuce. Who’s making this pathetic excuse for a wrap? The second wrap had ham and chicken sliced and rolled with a single cranberry. It’s awesome. All the ham was at one end. All the chicken was at the other end. Did I mention the single cranberry?? Oh yes, the sauce was on the ham end and the chicken end was as dry as a popcorn fart. So, there’s what you’re eating. The bonus to our meal was the lady delivering meals and taking orders. I didn’t get a name but she has the blond and brown hair stacked on top of her head lady pretending she’s 25 when she’s actually 50 something. You can’t miss her because she’s the loud mouth ignorant nitwit everyone notices. I’m sure management thinks she’s just got a big personality and she’s engaging with customers. NO!! She’s a loud mouth, rude person! She should be told to shut the hell up!! It’s all hard surfaces and sound carries. I watched other tables all look up in disgust every time she came out with an order. I will never come back in because we were so sick of hearing this halfwits voice. Train the kitchen staff. The food wouldn’t be bad if it wasn’t put together by morons. I understand, Salina doesn’t have a lot of choices, but damn, no one needs to put up with this nonsense. It’s...

I used to get really good service here but the last few months it's fine way downhill. We've waited more than 20 minutes for two lattes while there was no one else in the lobby and only a couple cars in the drive thru when we ordered. When I asked where our coffees were, turns out they made the hot one, set it on the counter, then forgot to make the iced drink until we said something.

On Father's Day we went through the drive thru since it seems faster. We waited for 10 minutes in park behind the one car in front of us at the window. They started bringing drinks out a side door for people behind us. By the time we got to the window our extra hot breve was lukewarm.

Today when we went, the cashier seemed like she didn't care about her job. My husband ordered an Extra hot nutty irishman breve. She asked if he wanted Irish cream and he corrected her. She still rang in irish cream and had to be corrected again after he saw it on the screen. I had to correct her that my drink was sugar free three times even though I specified it every time I repeated it to her. And even when she repeated it back, she said and rang in hot twice before getting iced. When our drinks came out, the hot drink that was supposed to be a breve was made with milk.

From now on if our regular coffee house is closed, we'll just go without coffee. We won't...

I've been going here for over 10 years daily so I think that tells you how good it is. 😏👉

UPDATE: Ive been a loyal customer for 21 years now when I say loyal customer I mean going everyday spending $300 plus a month I know it's ridiculous but I try to support my local businesses with my coffee fix. I just don't think I can do it anymore if I'm not going to be satisfied lately with the teenagers they've been hiring they don't care about actually making drinks right whether it's dairy substitutes or extra shots my drinks different every day and it shouldn't be that hard to make it knowing I go there every day. I think I'm either going to start making it at home or going to ad Astra to find something new to support another local business. Thank you for the business you gave me I'm sorry that I have to not continue my loyalty I'm just very dissatisfied with my drinks lately when you get something with extra shots it should be darker in color and not look like a vanilla White. Disappointed...... Now to the regular staff I see that's not teenagers that don't care, I...

Since moving to Salina I have stopped by the various coffee shops. Today was my first visit and I'm pleasantly surprised. It's a very nice place, clean, great location, and plenty of seating with electrical outlets. There's free Wi-Fi as well! They have an impressive menu available that puts Starbucks to shame. Their drink choices are plenty and I enjoyed the Milky Way Latte I bought. I also tried their BLT (pictured), and it was probably one of the best I've had! My only suggestion to the location would be to offer nutrition info. I try to order things lower in sugar and the employee didn't have any information. That's one thing I like about Starbucks - I know if a drink at 6g of sugar or 61g. Highly recommend this place!!

My wife and I came through today, just visiting, and decided to stop for coffee and breakfast. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The building seems to be pretty new, and everything was clean and modern-looking. Food was good - I had the fiesta breakfast burrito which was a bit spicier than I expected (and I am normally fine with spicy food), but still good. My wife got the biscuits and gravy. They were a little dry and needed salt and pepper. Beverages were also good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but perfectly fine.

I had the toffee cream latte which was delicious. I also had the avocado toast with an over medium egg on top. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. The avocado not near ripe enough, the tomatoes were pretty anemic and my toast was over toasted. The egg was perfection though! I have heard great things about the breakfast burrito and sandwiches so if I head back that way I may try it out again. As for atmosphere salt and pepper shakers on the table would make a nice addition.
