Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Salina

So I have never had experience this in my life trying to order pizza in my from here till Tuesday on the 24th. Lets start out from the beginning so I had placed an online order to the store during the last hour online and that went smoothly. Now my sister on the other had had to call in for an order. We had called then one time, and they picked up and told us to hold on so we do. 20 seconds go buy and I get disconnected okay maybe they had done it on accident. We called again and hung upped on us, called again and hung up on again. We CALLED over 6 TIMES! each time getting hung upped on or being told to hold and nothing. Finally we get this like third party site for the company and they finally took our order like I get it if they was busy but thats not half of it. So we finally get there and to our surprise the lights on the main sign where off when we got their at like 7:20pm and it was a mother and son, then me and my sister. Like I've never herd of someone doing this i get it we ordered at the last hour and it was during the holiday, but we eached ordered simple one topping pizza as well as got there way before closing. I had wrote this review a while back and truly felt that way (Pretty sad when the grandkids complain about it. It very obviously that when you have kids running it their not going to care.) Since that time it has actually became our favorite pizza place in town love the three meat thin pizza haven't inquired a problem sense hats off to them for turning it around for us. Well they have change hands now and unfortunately it has gone down hill for us. I was hoping it would change again as before but after about 5 trips it hasn't. They are slow and toppings well i had a mostest mostest pepperoni and it had maybe 8 pepperoni on it, three meat same way Gave me thick crust instead of thin on a few occasions. I have tried to talk to them about the problems and they seem to not even care. They have told me it is what it is. I have not been back since. Well decided to try them again. It wasn't good, order and unfortunately I didn't check the pizza before I left. Didn't even get all the toppings that was supposed to be on it wasn't even on it not even one piece. I am...

Words cannot express the happiness I have for this store right now. We used to always stop at this place for crazy bread as we traveled because we don’t have a little Caesar’s near us. We recently had tried other places and none of them are as good as this store. They definitely have their stuff together. But tonight they made it even better. My daughter traveling along i70 stopped at the little Caesar’s in Junction city for 5 bags of crazy bread. As she got into the interstate she opened a bag and saw there was no seasoning at all on them and they were burnt she tried many times to call with no answer at all so as she was approaching Salina I decided to call Salina to maybe see if they could get ahold of that store. The awesome manager I believe he said his name was Kip! He just insisted on making it right at his store rather than us dealing with the other one since we could not get ahold of them at all.
