It has been a NIGHTMARE at every turn. First the manager allowed my husband to purchase a man’s ring for me because he told my husband that a women’s ring cannot be sized up. Then he told me that I could exchange it for anything in the store with no additional cost. Then they changed me an extra $150 and told me that the new ring would be ready in a week. Then 8 days later I called and was told that the jeweler was sick and that it would be ready in 3-4 days.
