The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company in my entire life. We went there to get an engagement ring fixed through insurance after the main diamond fell out. (We purchased the ring at another jeweler.) Everything went well at first, we picked out a replacement diamond and a new head for the ring, and left with the manager telling us she would send the estimate over to my insurance adjuster so he could pay her for it. After 1 week I called the insurance guy to see what was going on and he informed me that he hasnāt heard from them. I gave him her email and after a week and a half they were finally in contact. So another week goes by and I havenāt heard anything so I call again. The insurance guy says heās still waiting for the estimate. I called Valliani and she informed me her supervisor was working on it. Weāre talking about one email with an estimate of the cost to fix the ring. Not that hard youād think!? So another week goes by and I havenāt heard anything so I call their main headquarters. Sal answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that he knows nothing about it and my insurance guy needs to contact him. So I forward his email to my insurance. I call Sal back a week later to get an update and he was extremely rude and told me heās working on and to talk to the Salinas store, who did nothing for 4 weeks, and not to call him. Finally after another week I call my insurance adjuster and he tells me that heās still waiting on the estimate. Weāre at 5 weeks now since I dropped the ring off, so Iām fed up and go pickup the ring with nothing done to it. I would stay far away from any Valliani stores. They are rotten from the top down. Biggest waste of time....
