I love shopping at Toys R Us but I think they were not well prepared for the holiday season. Although they tried to make sure they had enough cashiers for coverage for the long lines they fell short on making sure the store stayed presentable. The front entrance (outside by the door) has garbage, food containers, empty cups, boxes, so it was very messy. Outside is one thing, it can be overlooked. Inside at the main entrance by the little Birthday Club table was filthy. Everyone must have left their empty cups, food trash, garbage, napkins, there as they walked in. It was disgusting. I did tell a supervisor about their entrance, he did say he would go clean it up (he didn't realize how bad it was) but I think be for distracted by another worker so it didn't get done by the time we left. Hopefully management sees this and can make the adjustments so it doesn't happen again. All it takes is 1 worker, a quick walk through the entire store and collect all the garbage found at least every hour during the holiday season.
