They are open for business again!!! I cannot speak more highly about this conema and company. They were extremely accommodating recently when I purchased tickets to view the pre-release showing of F9 but was not able to attend at the last minute due to a family emergency. I emailed Keith and he looked up my tickets and gave me the option to refund or use at a later date. One week later i came to the theater and was told to ask for the manager Scott. The woman at the counter asked me if there was something she could help me with and I explained that i had purchased tickets- Before i was able to finish my sentence she asked me if my name was Peter and told me she had my tickets right there waiting for me. Sure enough there they were in and envelope with my name on them.
Great customer service is hard to find these days so I wanted to make sure to highlight it...
Read moreI arrived there after my friends, who had told me the workers didn’t even check for their tickets and just pointed to where the movie was screening. I had my friend send me proof of the ticket purchase (she was already inside) and instead of apologizing, the man continued to speak rudely to me and said I had to wait for an employee to print my ticket even though I had a virtual copy. Luckily the other employee was nice to me. It’s unfortunate this older bald male employee doesn’t know how to treat Hispanic customers with the same respect other customers are...

Additionally, the staff are incredibly kind. Recently we took our 7yo daughter to see How to Train Your Dragon and found the real life dragons to be too scary in the first 10 minutes. So we left, but on the way out we noticed Smurfs was starting 45 minutes later. We admitted it was our fault and asked if there's any chance we could come back and see Smurfs for free. They said yes, and when we came back they asked us if we wanted a fresh popcorn on the house! Above and beyond. Thank you staff, you made my...
