i don't typically rate places but holy cow this place was the most disrespectful aromas i have ever been to. when i first pulled up the girl who took my order seemed very annoyed and very stressed. she seemed very irritated that i asked for a surprise rush with no coffee flavors or banana. i'm typically pretty much okay with anything beside banana and coffee flavors (basically anything that is usually/able to be put in a coffee) and when the man gave me the rush i asked what flavors (because I am always curious). he stated he had put amaretto in it i told him that i requested no coffee flavors and the absolute attitude he gave me was pretty astonishing. he said "well you said no banana, so why don't you tell me what you want". i told him i truly don't care just no coffee flavors or banana. as he dumped the rush he proceeded to mumble under his breath how i should've just said what kind of rush I wanted. i have NEVER had such an awful experience...

The staff are always super friendly and give him a biscuit, and they gave him whipped cream for his birthday. They also once told us off for going there without him, which honestly is totally deserved.

They get very busy at times and always move the line as efficiently as possible, yet our orders have been correct every time. Comes back with a large hot cofffee (got 50 percent there and got the hot oat milk latte right). I tell him I ordered an xl iced coffee (what I always get there). He comes back with a large iced. I tell him I ordered an Xl iced coffee. Says “no you definitely ordered a large” incorrect. So he then proceeds to go back and just get the xl cup and add ice. Zero chance he added the shot of espresso. Comes back and gives me an attitude and hands me the large.
