Crossroads Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

Will not be coming back again. Ordered a chicken tender with fries and salad from the kid who is normally at counter. I work at the uhaul from them. Got my food and went back to work realized the salad was missing. Went back to get salad asked the lady who was at counter now for salad told her I didn't receive mine. She called it back to the kitchen. So I decided since I was they to get ranch and extra Buffalo sauce for tenders and out of nowhere the kid yells at me to get all my stuff the first time. Everyone else working there said he was joking. But I know he wasn't. He was angry and rude. Very ignorant. The other kid in front said its fine we just really busy. So its ok to yell at a regular, paying customer who works right around from you. First I am not the one who forgot my salad to my order. Second I paid for the ranch and Buffalo sauce when I decided to get them so what was the problem. And third it should not matter how many times I walk into a place as long as I am purchasing something like I was it shouldn't matter.

Sure it doesn't matter to them lose one customer no big deal. Hopefully they don't think that. But I will not be returning because this wasn't the first time I got his rude attitude because he can't handle the being busy. Well like the saying goes can't stand the heat get out the kitchen. I for one will not be going back myself. Only because of one rude ignorant person.

Stopped by this spot for the first time. Simon welcomed me with a smile and was very kind. As I usually do, I ordered a Greek Salad with house dressing for here. Well, not only was it delicious, the way it was served is a first. So often I've been given to-go salads in plastic when I eat in and it's just not as ideal...check out the picture! There's a lot of places to eat around here...try Crossroads if you're looking for something fresh and delicious.

One more thing...and I don't usually comment on this in my reviews for pizza joints. The atmosphere is miles above most. Clean with modern tables/chairs and overall aesthetics are shockingly comforting...even the menu board is appealing. Nice touch.

I don't know what their food tastes like.

I went in and purchased a small chicken kabob sub and a Dr. Pepper.

While waiting I went to their restroom to wash my hands. It's a long hallway when you factor in the horrible mouse/rodent smell. It made me sick to my stomach.

When you have a bad rodent smell in your restaurant, literally my gut feeling is to get out.

I didn't ask for an explanation or my money back, nor did I offer them an excuse as to why I walked out, but I grabbed my bottled Dr. Pepper and walked out. I'm not judging their food. Never had it, but I can tell you, I never will.
