Crossroads Bait & Tackle — Local services in Salisbury

Bought several buckets of chum for around $35 each. Got to our shark fishing spot to find both buckets were not frozen and were gone in less than 15 minutes after putting them in the water. A chum bucket of this size should have lasted a few hours if properly frozen. The money lost on chum and the gas to get out there and back makes the trip a huge loss.

This was the second time I've purchased chum in the last month and found it wasn't frozen enough (last time wasn't nearly as bad though). Quit trying to save a few bucks on the electric bill and turn the temp WAY down on...

My friend had recommended me to go here for bait. Im glad we did. A young man at the desk(Costa) answered my questions. I told him it was our first time fishing and needed help to know which type of weights, hooks and bait to use fishing for stripers. He showed us even gave us some extra information.
