I’ve been getting my nails and hair done here for more than 7 years. I have seen many failures of management to remedy obvious issues with the facilities like dirty bathrooms, disaster music sounds like static for 2 hours straight, homeless harassers out front, poor ventilation during a pandemic, workers not wearing masks!!, and very disgruntled tenants. This causes a very negative experience for customers. It seems that this place was once corporate owned and it changed to a franchise. Sadly, this causes age-old problems when that happens. Namely... -Control of quality of experience. -Tenant dissatisfaction due to price increases... as franchise owners act like middle men in a business that already has low operation costs! Weird. Right? ... so you get slum lord like behavior.
This specific location is owned by the same people that own a few other Image Studios and they all seem to suffer from poor management. As a result, my stylist has moved to Liv Studios and I find that to be a much better experience and a more positive energy. If you’re looking to work here or get services here, I would pass on both. It is clear to me that she does not know how to apply color on skin and she packed it too hard going past the two layers of skin and hitting four layers, causing it to cause an infection on my skin and I always take really good care of all of my tattoos and causing an infection to spread to where I had to go to the hospital in order to get antibiotics for the infection on top of a series of days being in excruciating amounts of pain I’ve never felt in my life. I’ve also been out of work for a series of days and she doesn’t think that she owes me a refund or doesn’t even care about how this affects her practice of work if you’re going to get a tattoo from her do not get any color whatsoever or you might end up in...

She charged me $735!!!!!.... and ended up walking away with a root LINE still and just a few pieces of blondes and browns weaved in and then she only did 2 rows of a weft on me (which took her not even a half hr to put in)... I left it up to her to do whatever she had thought would look best (unsure of what I wanted)... she was known for her amazing melts and ombre's so that's what I thought she would of done.... nope!!! I was wrong. She charged me SO much and rushed through it. I ended up texting her a wk later (hoping to give myself time to get use to it) but she wouldn't even fix it. I thought holy hell I almost spent alost a thousand dollars on my hair and u won't even fix the root line??? Or anything.... Ya not going there ever again. Bad...
