Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

If you need pizza in a timely manner, don't bother with this place. This is the second time I've had this experience, there will not be a third.

This time, I called 90 minutes ahead of time and specifically asked if I could get my 6 pizzas at 6pm. I was told, "oh yeah, that's not a problem at all." I asked again to make sure and the employee verified it would not be an issue.

I arrived at 6 sharp to pick up my pizzas, only to find that they had not even started making them and it would be at least a 15 minute wait.

If you're looking for a 1/4 pound plus beef hot dog and soda combo for $1.50, this place is hard to beat. The pizza is good too. If you're lucky enough to get a slice fresh out of the oven, it's S-tier pizza. The ones sitting under the heat lamps are just ok. The ice creams are huge, so plan to share or get home quick and save some in the freezer. My only critique is of the dining atmosphere: the food court is located next to the tire center, so you have to experience the smell of new tires while eating...

Order 3 pizzas 40 mins before I got there. Told them I’d pick up at 3 and they told me they’d be ready. They had me pay and then I let them know I paid and they told me my pizzas were coming out. Funny how I saw 3 pizzas on top of the big oven. Waited 30 mins. For them to finally give me the pizza that were already ready and on top of the oven. There no point in calling for pizza if you still gonna have to wait for pizza that is ready and cold...
