BAD CHEAP MATTRESSES AND TERRIBLE FORCEFUL SALESMEN

Looking for 6 mattresses for new home, 2 king and 4 queens. Wanted to get quotes so I can get the most out of our money. Came in on Thursday and there were 2 salesman and 2 customers. I knew I wouldn't get help for a little bit but I kid you NOT ... nobody even acknowledged me for 30minutes. Came back the next day just to make sure they didn't have an offer I couldn't turn down. They tried to sell me a 300 coil mattress with a 16 gauge for the same price Mattress firm and Mattresses dealzz would sell me a 500 coil mattress with a 13 gauge. Then they were upset that I had done my homework and said, "well we don't give handwritten quotes. This mattress is $480 and we only have 1 left so that price sticks only for today." Hahahahaha yeah right. We went to 3 warehouses (west valley and bountiful) and all 3 tried to get me to buy same day. I strongly recommend doing your homework and grabbing quotes. Then go to the one you like and talk them down using some of the quotes you got from other shops. All mattress stores were willing to price match except for some warehouses so find the bed u like for whatever reason, pick the customer service you like as well and go with that. We saved over $2,000 doing this. I never give bad reviews but the fact I could've lost that much money on mattresses because of those snaky salesmen, THIS Review was a MUST! Went to RC Wiley to look at adjustable beds. Billboards said $899, but warranty for mattress and adjustable frame was only ONE YEAR, and made in China. I went into Mattress Warehouse and Brandon helped me. He was so knowledgeable, and the foam mattress bed and adjustable frame were made in the US with a 10 YEAR warranty. He set me up with financing with SNAP, and 90 days same as cash. The delivery was prompt and the men knew exactly what to do. I also bought a mattress pad and luxury pillow of the highest quality. I spent more than $899 but I also got better products. IT MADE SENSE TO GO TO A MATTRESS STORE FOR A MATTRESS AND BED, rather than a furniture store with advertising as a ploy. BE CAREFUL WITH THE SNAP Financing in one regard. I paid all but the last $399, and wanted to finance the rest. However, the initial payment plan would apply as if paying for the whole bed, if I didn't pay it off. They would have only charged another $100 for an additional 30 days, which is okay compared to the whole amount. I opted to put the last $399 on my credit card and pay it off within the 90 days... Went here in May and got a great mattress and bedframe that reclines and has ports for charging things. We love the mattress, love the bed frame.... However the ports have never worked, and we've tried calling their service department with our "lifetime warranty"... After waiting on hold on the phone for over half an hour, sending emails, etc, we STILL have not actually had contact with anyone from the service department. I'd love to give a five star rating, but not with this "after you leave the store, it's your problem" attitude from their service people.

Edit: it's been a month since this initial review. They finally responded and sent someone to try and repair the bedframe. He was unable to figure out and fix it that day. So this expensive bedframe with the charging ports still doesn't charge anything. But at least they are still trying. He's scheduled to come out again in a couple days, with (hopefully) the correct part to fix the issue.
