I've been training at Pinnacle for 13 years and it has helped reverse the aging process. I initially came to Pinnacle to treat a herniated disc (C6-C7) and after manual physical therapy sessions and then restorative classes with prescribed bio-mechanics, I was able to find relief from my injury without any kind of invasive treatment.
Moreover, I recall after the first year of training there, when ski season hit, I felt like I was 21 again on the slopes (they also have skiing specific training classes). It is a fantastic space with all types of classes ranging from reformer, mat, gryotonic, core align etc...
Over the years, I have had PT sessions with the owner, Amy, and she is amazing! She can just look at your body, ask you to do a side bend or roll down and within a minute can tell you exactly what is not aligned or needs treatment. I was so inspired by the mission of this place that I went through the rigorous pilates instructor certification a few years ago just so I could better understand proper bio-mechanics, and the importance of flexibility, mobility, balance and core-strength especially as we age.
Lastly, I would say anyone on here who is giving less than a 4-5 star review, has some sort of personal issue for which they feel like they need air their grievance and it does not reflect at all on the quality of "pinnacle" service that Pinnacle Performance...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe therapists may be good here, I know they significantly helped one of my friends, but this organization seems to have a major problem with implicit bias regarding certain disability demographics, and they let intrusive attitudes stemming from implicit bias win when delivering patient care.
I was subjected to this often. Talked over multiple times and wasn't given particularly rational explanations for suspect decisions or behavior. Or I would be given a rational explanation initially, only to have nonsensical or contradictory statements or actions pop up later that made me question what was really going on. I also felt like I was being gaslit on more than one occasion, or was being outright psychologically harassed at times. I'm suffering terribly and had no time for this nonsense.
The staff need to consider bias training so they can best serve, be more empathetic toward, and most importantly, learn to communicate appropriately with diverse disability demographics. Or they can continue to enforce a social and treatment culture that fundamentally will not accommodate...

Even years later, I'm still crediting Amy for the freedom and healing she brought into my life. Her brilliance, compassion, and genuine willingness to listen deeplyāto understand exactly how I was injured and everything contributing to my paināmade all the difference.
Because of her care, I'm now heading into Physician Assistant school, something I never dreamed possible after my back injury. I'll forever be grateful for Amy and her remarkable team.
Thank you, thank you, thank...
