This place is a joke. My boyfriend and I got a couples bed, which is the only best thing about this place is you get to sleep next to your partner, and since day. 1 they were in our business, so much drama, you get away with everything, staff plays favorites and if your not a favorite they find anyway to come up with any reason to kick you out without any proof but only suspicion ans assumptions. They kicked a few people out cause they THOUGHT they were selling drugs and someone else got kicked out for associating with someone that was kicked out a week before. They don't know what they are doing ans the one that manages the place, Paulina or something, is two faced. She is nice and fake to your face and then talks shit behind your back to everyone that will listen. They also have spies in the beds that snitch you out to be one of the favorites to. i have an appointment for july24 @1:30 that ive had for the past 1 month in half i called to double check it b/ i thought it was weird that they scheduled me on pioneer day turns out their close i asked if they could move my appointment for any following day b/ it was a mistake on them scheduling me on a close day n they said theres nothing they can do to go online n rechedule appointment are 1 month away from know since when was getting food from the food bank that hard! this is the 2nt x my appointments gets cancled they need better management for their websites if their gonna continue to do...

Tuve una amarga experiencia lamentablemente un señor q es el q hace las entregas tiene un corazón tan negro es americano y disque pastor la verdad yo me registre me dieron un tike pero solo me podían dar una caja grande si hacía mi cola y para eso tenia q tener carro porq todos entran con su movilidad y yo no contaba con movilidad .un señor Se ofreció llevarme la caja en su carro entonces hice la cola cerca de 2 horas pero este disque pastor del diablo será porq un siervo de dios no hace lo q el iso . El ya me había visto pidiendo con mi tique q me dieron y aunque no recibí nada porq me fui hacer la cola con alguien q se ofreció a llevarme en su movilidad el al verme entrar en la cola cuando ya me estaban entregando mis víveres se los quito de las manos s los encsrgados y me dijo q me fuera q ya no había comida ellos solo se quedaron callados y el se puso a hablar me dijo bay bay ya no hay comida sin embargo la comida se quedo allí y prefirió no darla no se q clase de persona es este pastor. el señor q me iso el favor de esperarme con su carro se molesto y le dijo algunas palabras muy indignado no era justo yo fui por nesecidad pero a este pastor americano no le importo q estaba embarazada me quito las cosas y no me dio nada se puso como perro de ortelano los demás solo lo observaban recuerdo se sintieron incómodos incluso se disculparon pero de todos modos agradezco la amabilidad de todos ps párese q esta mala persona es la q timonea todo deberían botarlo no sirve y daña la buena imagen de las...
