This is the best crystal and gem store I have been to in Salt Lake City, hands down by far!! This place is truly a hidden gem, pun intended! They are a bit of an off the road unseen treasure, but if you are smart and lucky enough to enter Turiya's Gifts then you will be nothing but blown away and so delighted and surprised by the magical beautiful space that you encounter!! They have the best crystal and gemstone selection I have seen, absolutely AMAAAZING, and best of all is the prices are VERY reasonable, and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off!! On top of everything else, the staff are so kind and helpful and welcoming and knowledgeable! Sarah and Holly were so lovely helping me pick out crystals for a family member gift! I told them about my family member's personality and energy and they so graciously, and with such genuine care, gave me great suggestions and showed me each stone and why they would be a good fit for the person energetically. I truly can't recommend this place enough!! They even do punch cards with your purchases! ☺️ This place is an overlooked and under-known awesome magical treasure, and you will absolutely find beautiful, beautiful gifts at great prices and be so glad you went to Turiya's!! ✨️💖💎✨️🫶🙌💖 Definitely support this amazing...

I have shopped here on occasion and am generally pleased. I decided to buy my girlfriend a ring from here a few months ago and the gem fell out during regular use. She didn't notice when it fell out so I did not have it with me. I decided to to bring it in to see if anything could be done since this particular ring was presented in a sentimental fashion. Unfortunately I was told that I couldn't be helped without a receipt. I understand they are trying to avoid scammers but was disappointed in their lack of trust. If you buy jewelry here, hopefully it is better crafted than mine was and be sure to keep your receipt.

Personally, I don't think it's actually reasonable to expect someone to hold on to a receipt for that long when the item cost less than $50. I think they should have recognized I was sincere when I claimed to have purchased there. And frankly, I doubt they have a serious problem with people bringing them empty silver rings trying to make a profit off getting a gem replaced.

Save for this experience, I have been satisfied...

Loved the selection they had here. Store was small, felt like I could break anything by even moving. I did kind of feel as others did that I wasn’t trusted. Extremely overpriced compared to other stores. We grabbed a bunch of stones, with the prices on the bowls. Then, we found out when we got to the front that we had to go find the prices and the names of every stone that we had..which was extremely inconvenient because we had our son with us who was already fussy. We paid $18 for a watermelon tourmaline and probably 20+ other stones, and the lady left the tourmaline on the counter and didn’t put it in our bag. We didn’t realize until we were already way down the street… but for 18$… it was a pretty big deal not to be in our bag. There wasn’t much of a selection for sticks of crystals. But I loved how many stones they had…but unfortunately because of the way the payment system is done and the prices… I don’t think we will be returning. Really cute store but I definitely think some adjustments...
