The experience was amazing and really relaxing. While receiving the best massage ever I was thinking to myself about how much to tip them because I felt like he deserved it. However when paying I hit no tip because I had cash for that. SO he kept saying something I didn’t understand and I kept stating I don’t understand. He started talking to another man in there in their language then a woman and the other man approached. All three were talking then she proceeded to write me a note “TIP”! This immediately bothered me because I felt pressured and surrounded. I looked up and said yes I am but in cash. My wife is upset about what happened especially because she has given me the exact amount as a gift! It’s so upsetting how places expect tip for everything now, instead of me feeling greatly appreciative I felt attacked and pressured. I was told this place was great, great prices and nice that you could just walk in. I decided to try it out today went in, greete warmly, the had their list of services and prices. I wanted to do the hour for $38, massage was fine for the price I thought I was paying. Total body really means back and neck but I don't think I got the full hour and when I was leaving to pay they had a different price sheet, and charged be $55 for the massage (plus $2 for using a cc). I would give zero stars if possible. My friend called ahead of time to book an appointment. An employee answered the phone said you could then hung up. Didn’t take her name or what time we wanted. There is no privacy for your massage, just several mattresses in a dark room. My back feels bruised 12 hours later and they charged us double even though we told them exactly what massage we wanted.
