RICE Food & Boba — Restaurant in San Angelo

I love the matcha coco foam here! BUT, there has been 3 times now that I go in there and ask for it blended and the employees look at me like I’m speaking in baby language. The only time they blend it is when Owner Jerri is there and it’s so AMAZING!

• They even advertise blended drinks but “they don’t know how to blend it”

Maybe train all employees on how to do the drinks they advertise or don’t advertise them at all.

Today there was one girl there and she said “I don’t know how to make it and I’m the only one here.”

My spouse and I loved it here! I got the Hawaii Mango Coconut, which was a refreshing, lightly sweet tropical drink with huge chunks of fresh coconut and mango, topped with coconut creme and coco jelly (at the recommendation of the cashier - she was right!). My spouse got the White Peach Milk Tea, which she said was a little sweet for her taste, but still good.

We both got the Shumai Pork Dumplings, which were semi-soft, meat filled (and I mean FILLED) dumplings that were sort of in the shape of a rose bud. They were served with pickled dicon and carrots and a chili sauce. They were really good and surprisingly filling!

We are both big Blue Tiger Fans (we get it all least once a week) and feel the drinks here are pretty comparable, maybe...

A welcome Vietnamese drinks and food establishment. Primary focus is various types of beverages with a smaller focus of a couple of rice plates and appetizers. The 2 main rice plates are very good as are several apps. I suggest the fried wings and pork shumai dumplings for sure. The brown sugar boba milk and Oreo brulee boba milk are both tasty but not overly sweet. The staff are very kind and helpful. Service is quick and effective even for large take out orders. I'm eager to come back in for a dine in visit and to try the steamed bao buns as well as the dairy free coconut drinks they have. Happy to see this place off to a good start here...
