i have ordering drinks and food from this place consistently for over a year and today was the last time i go. I place the same mobile order almost every morning for coffee and food. This morning i received a coffee that had whipped cream and i don’t order whipped cream so i told the girl at the window. Honestly the rudest customer service i’ve received from anywhere. if i am purchased a coffee for 6.50 i expect it to be right, especially since i order the same thing almost everyday. they handed a “new” coffee out the window but i could just tell all they did was scoop the whipped cream off and put a new lid on it. i pay extra for sweet cream, cold foam, and caramel drizzle and today i received none of the extra things i paid for, and i also receiving horrible customer service. i was a very loyal customer and after this experience i...

I've held off on reviewing this place since they opened during the pandemic and I wanted them to get on their feet.

That said, I really do enjoy coming here and ordering drinks. I love to support local businesses and I've had pleasant experiences on each of my visits.

They have good drinks and creative specials. If I had a complaint, it would be that sometimes their drinks are too sweet for my taste. I know that when they have specials they like to mix it up a bit. But I really want to taste coffee when I order a coffee drink.

I love xerts coffee, but this morning I went and I was told that all chais were on special today so I asked for a dirty chai assuming that it would also be on special but when I go to check out it’s more expensive than what was originally said to me. I asked if they could give me the original price because I was told it was on special. Because it was a dirty chai it cost extra, but they didn’t tell me that when I ordered it. I felt like I was misled and I ended up not getting the drink. It kinda made a bad start to my day and I ended up not getting coffee because I wasn’t satisfied with the service.
