Im posting a review just to put this info out publicly. I went into the Rosillo location today to deposit paper cash into my CashApp card at the business center at 10:19am. I bought some groceries and paid cash at the self checkout and made my way home. I get a Cashapp notification at 11:36am stating that $150 was pending at HEB carwash, which of course went through like 5 minutes later. I immediately called Cashapp support and was told someone used my card (impossible because I have my physical card) or my cards info to make a purchase of $150 at HEB carwash #020 in Cypress, Texas. I know card fraud exists but it also makes me wonder why it was done at an HEB. My card info must have been typed in manually at the Cypress, Tx location and even more odd that it was an exact amount of $150. Makes me question the teller that assisted me or any other HEB employee that had access to my transaction. I just wanted to post this info just in case this has happened to anyone else out there or if it ever does happen to anyone so that we can track a pattern of events.
I do love this store, even though I feel we get the bottom of the barrel of all produce and pantry options, regardless I have stayed loyal to my...
Read moreI’ve come to this H‑E‑B at this specific location for 22 years! Always been great!! And definitely worth the visit! Even for something small. But…. That all has changed within the last couple months. These store managers or supervisors are definitely taking their position to another level. Unsatisfactory to be honest. I see these new managers standing around, leaning on produce, standing right near check out line exits chatting away about the gym, parties etc. I see more and more customers bagging their own items while these new managers are just chatting and literally looking at them. Not only is cashier checking out, and trying to bag, you have some elderly and disabled customers struggling to bag and load groceries. I don’t mind bagging my own. I don’t even mind the long lines. My main concern is, and really a request is to get managers that actually have, at least take pride in their work ethics and help your cashiers, baggers and bag something instead of standing around acknowledging. Seriously. The walls and produce stand are stable lol… or can you please bring the managers from...
Read moreUsually friendly staff and no issues in the past but went to return a cleaning product I realized I already had a similar one of, two days later after having paid cash for it, and manager on shift said the product was too low to return but I hadn’t even used it. I told her I could’ve easily filled it with water if I was trying to be deceptive. She refused to accept the item even after having made it clear that I wasn’t there for the cash and would be more than willing to exchange for store credit. I suppose I could’ve used my US Army Retired Veteran, it’s Memorial Day, show a little respect card but truth is, I just want the same respect as every other customer would get in the same/similar situation but I don’t believe that to be the case. I’m not gonna play the race card but I’m a younger looking, darker skinned, male with a street swag that tends to get questioned, doubted, profiled and denied/dismissed on appearance alone. She likely wanted to deny my request before it even started. H‑E‑B is usually much much better than this but this type of customer dis-service...
