I'm not one to give negative reviews, especially since I have been in the food service industry for over 15 years. I understand things can go wrong, places can run out of product orders can be messed up etc.. I just was at this location and tried to order, the lady on the drive thru intercom was nice in greeting me and I told her I needed a minute. After looking over the menu I told her I was ready and after she said "Go ahead" I told her I wanted two brisket tacos, then there was a long pause and what sounded like giggling in the background. For me that's whatever for the most part, but the pause lasted for close to a minute which seemed a little jarring but still it's whatever. There's nothing that wrong with a little fun at work as long as a degree of professionalism is maintained. Then she asked if I wanted salsa, I told her on the side, she said "It comes on the side" I responded "Yes ma'am." There was another pause, I was waiting for her to acknowledge the last thing I said or at least respond with "anything else" but instead she told me the total and to please drive up I told her "Oh ma'am I wasn't finished ordering" then she responded "Well I was waiting for you to finish ordering" I just told her nevermind and thank you and drove off. Read moreI went to the drive through and got my usual order from this restaurant but it was my first time coming to this location, I ordered the 4 piece fried chicken which consists of dark me from my understanding, which was great for me because I don’t eat white meat, after waiting so long in the line, I get my order and I see two legs not knowing that the other two was breast and I see two jalapeño instead of 4, which I also thought they came in 4 from the other restaurants that I have went to, the chicken was cold and nasty, and fries was cold and nasty,, the biscuit was so hard and dried up I did not touch that at all, I was in a hurry because I’m on a time crunch, so I ate the chicken legs, when I got to the breast which I thought was thighs, I could tell because of all the crunchy batter, I saw that it was breast, I called and ask the manager if they can replace my meal at another location, when he came to the phone he was very rude, I asked him how he was doing 2 times before he responded with a nasty attitude, when i explained my order and how it was wrong, he justified every reason why he will not replace my meal. This restaurant will make me to stop eating at Bill Miller, they have so many complaints in this store and nothing has been done yet with them, because if it had people will not continue to keep experiencing the same issues with them.
