Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

The passed few times, I've tried ordering by phone beforehand because I know it takes about 15 minutes or so and it's so hard to get a hold of anyone at the store. One incident I was able to place a phone order after about 6 times of calling and finally getting through. I asked my brother to pick up since he was coming over and he mentioned how the girl in the front asked him "whatchu want" as she pointed to him then asked another customer the same thing in the same manner. Today, Jan 2, I placed a phone order. I drive 45 minutes to and from work, so midway I called in an order. When i arrived, my order was still not ready. There were a few people in the lobby waiting, one gentleman came in after ordering from the drive through because it took so long for him to get 1 pizza. While waiting, I talked to other customers who were waiting, one of the ladies told me a spanish speaking man went in and when he tried to order that same girl gave him attitude saying she doesnt speak spanish and walked away and made a remark calling him a "mojado." When she finally rudely asked "can I help you" I told her I placed an order and she said it wasn't ready, mind you I sat in my car even after getting there and still had to wait maybe an extra 15 minutes. I ordered black olives on my pizza and when I got home, the olives had not been cooked with the pizza, they just grabbed the olives and threw them on there, so everytime we pulled a pizza, the olives fell off. I don't mind the wait but it is pretty inconvenient especially when I called in way ahead of time BUT..... the girl in the front really has to go!!!!!. She has absolutely no customer service and is so...

Unfortunately, this is one out of two closest to my family's house. Even if the drive-thru speaker has been broken along with the digital screen menu for months now, I believe good customer service can make everything better. I don't think it's the employees' 100% fault as they always seem slammed and have no direction. Honestly, I am wondering if they have a manager or they run themselves. This location definitely is always busy that they never answer, or if they do, they hang up. That's where the employees can take the initiative to do that duty or at least say there's a wait of so and so time as other stores have advised me before when they are backed up. There was a good number of associates working the shift, so I'm not sure what the issues were. The music was playing loud. One employee saw a line starting to expand outside to the next business, so he left his coworker alone and went to the restroom. He did not come out till everyone was gone. I only happened to see that because I got there 1st & my order was 20 minutes since no one answered the phone. Then everyone got their order, and when I checked on mine, they said another 20 minutes. So they gave my order to someone else or lost the ticket. I'm definitely never going back to this location or will...

I just love how they make my 🍕, I always ask for well done, I like it kinda burnt, not soggy and soft, employees are fast and productive.

Update, 10.25.2020. Since 9:30pm I called by phone to place an order, I live 2 mins away, so I drove over to order my pizza, the cashier at the window Jeanette, has a very snobby attitude, we asked questions as to why they don't pick up their phones after 7p.m. No answer she gave us our change with a very rude manner. She practically through the change were some went to the floor and she flicked her hands like Oh well whatever. We were placing our order and asked a question about our pizza, again no answer, we are waiting now as we speak because they messed up our order and didn't give our complete order to us..we has spoken with the 2nd gurl that came to give our pizza, we told her what happened she didn't care either. She gave the same treatment in return , nothing but silence. At least she said your welcome when we said thank you for our pizzas and bread sticks. We didn't get the butter sauce but it's all good. Better service needs to be given at this location, since it's reopening, nothing but druggies hang out here. That cashier though needs an attitude...
