Let me just start by saying that i have never really had a good experience with this subway. I am never going here again i would rather make that commute to a different subway. I walked in and the guy behind the counter was so rude but i get we all have bad days so i went about my business. The time came to paying (mind you i have told him im there for the sub of the day more then twice) and he asks what i got (he even made the sandwich). He charges me $16.11 (i tipped as well). I never got my cups (the drink comes with the meal of the day) so i asked him if i could get the cups. He slams the cups on the counter and says “i have to charge you for them”. I’m confused because that should have came with the sub of the day so i kept asking why i had to pay again. The manager finally steps in to help and he pulls my money back to my card and charges me again. This time he charges me $15.13. I don’t understand why i couldn’t just get handed the cups and went about my day since i had over payed the first time anyways. Instead they made it hard on me. NEVER coming here again! Read moreNovember 2021: Tried it again after awhile. A few times the service was great until this last time. Ordered online. They didn't have the bread so rather than substitute it they didn't make it. Then when they did it was a 6 inch rather than a foot long. 10 minutes after pickup time.
March 2020: Service was okay but they seemed a bit confused and didn't know what to do. Bread wasn't ready. Got charged regular price for the sub of the day. This store is garbage. Dressing it up doesn't help.
August 2019: Just left without food. Most likely will not be coming back to this Subway. A single employee held up the line. She acts like she knows it all but really doesn't and put my sandwich together poorly. I don't know if there was a change in management but this location is dropping in service lately.
July 2019: Usually pretty good but they have all new employees. Bread wasn't ready and slow service. You have some employees that "think" they know but if you don't have bread ready, you really don't.

Read moreSelective mask enforcement... People were eating at tables without masks on, people who had masks on had them below their nose so they were still breathing in the room, and the employees got mad at the dude who covered HIS MOUTH AND FACE with his shirt when he walked in.
If you're going to tell the shirt guy to get out, tell people to wear their masks properly and that they can't eat in the resturaunt because then they will be breathing openly in the facility.
