I actually made my purchase from a company called "Homesmart", Buddy's bought out their contracts, and I will tell you this- when it was Homesmart? It was a MESS - so many issues followed us as customers, but Buddy's has done whatever they can to rectify the mess Homesmart made! My husband was transferred- we moved out of state- my dryer broke after HOMESMART had lied to me about how pay-offs work (basically I paid all but a small amount off before 6 months then it literally more than doubled- I still owe more on my Washer & Dryer than I did when I made that payment to Homesmart!). Anyhow- when my Dryer broke? Cory - turned around and made SURE my dryer got fixed! Even though really? They couldn't transfer our account- they couldn't have anyone from their company come out to look at it- so - he honored the contract I had with Homesmart regardless of the extra hassle it was causing! And you know what? That's after I got pretty ugly with him for really no reason too! We started the loan and process to build credit - and it has been expensive! But overall? The customer service rocks! The other review stating being charged without asking? Well they have 3 cards on file for me - and even when I totally space out and forget to call them since I don't have Automatic payments set up? Read moreI have been paying on my washer and dryer for over a year now. Never been late or called and asked for an extension EVER!!!! We had a severe winter storm that knocked out my power for a week. I work from home. I could not work for a week and lost a lot of money because of this. I called them to let them know I was going to be late and to extend me from a Saturday to the following Wednesday. Then they charge me late fees instead of or giving a curtesy to a loyal customer who is never late and never misses a payment. I went through a buddy’s before this location in copperas cove texas. They where amazing!! Always made me feel like a valued customer. It’s nice to know that they are there for there customers who may really need it. Needless to say I scheduled a pick up for there lack of quality customer service.

Im told my payment is due on 15th of one month by a young lady via text but I then I start receiving non stop calls while Im out of town the following week. I answer and a guy from their finance department says your past due I said no the worker I spoke to said my payment would not be due until the 15th I have the text showing proof. He didn't care he replied with have this amount by friday or Im going to do a return. Ummm ok first off its a old used washer and dryer and TBH to dry my clothes I have to run dryer twice. The washing mashine barely drains my clothes you can take it I pay too damn much for it as it is.
