Read moreI’ve been banking with Frost since 2006. I came into the bank at 4:15, but because of the number of deposits I had to make, the transaction was finally processed at 5:19. When I asked a question regarding issues with my debit card, Bailey went back to talk to the banker - Kyle -who refused to assist me (or even come out and talk to me) because it was after 5:00.
