Initially wanted to give this place a great score. They have a great selection at affordable prices and the staff seemed nice at first. After a week and a half they called me and told me there was a mistake in the shipment from the warehouse. I was more than undertsanding and patient. When my wife called a week or so later asking for an update, the staff member was rude to her, talking over her, as if it wasnt their problem and we were the issue if we thought they were taking too long. At this point it had been nearly a month of waiting but they were trying to gaslight us to believing it had been only been a week. They also claimed they were calling me regularily with updates. They only called me once, then the day they delivered. Was going to give them a 2 star rating but when Kalvin and the other guy (can't remember his name) delivered, i was very impressed with his professionalism and their quick work putting it all together. Veterans and Military please go some place else. We deserve to be treated with respect and this place has none of that and there are other places that respect and are happy to have a job and serve people.

Bad experience and I would advise go someplace else. They lie and are overpriced. Came in on a Saturday for a bedroom set and mattress and sales associate was not helpful and even lied when I showed her a price of a bedroom set they had for $200 dollers cheaper someplace else and she tried to say they are different. But they were the same set.

Then they couldn't help us because someone else was on the computer and we had to wait for the other people to finish who where still walking around! After already being in there for 45 minutes the lady was going to check and see if they had it available in the back. Another couple came in while we are sitting down waiting for her to check and she says "I'm going to help them" WHAT??? Really....
