The Slice Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Antonio

Now i have been to many places and have made many reviews. Some good, some Not Good. However though when i went to this place i was really impressed. It has been around for 25 years and not many people know about this place. Well i know about this place. They have great Deals and would help save you money. I Got a Medium size Pizza (12") and a Can of Soda 12oz can. The total I spent Was $6.46. And it was well worth the money. The place is Owned by two Gentlemen who i had the pleasure of speaking to during my time i was eating. The Pizza was nice hot and crunchy. The slices are thin and depending of the zone your in they also Deliver. The staff is very polite they trat you with dignity and respect. And are not Quick to Judge you unlike how some people are. They are very down to Earth. The place and the pizza reminded me of how it was back in the 90's and 80's before all that Corporate B.S.

Now if You want to Spend A Arm and A Leg. Be Treated Poorly well then you go to those Corporate owned establishments and theyll be Disrespectful and Quick to Judge You Badly . Then you go Ahead and do that. Or You can come to a establishments were you will save Money and they will treat you with dignity and respect. And the Food is incredible. Well the choice is yours. But if im in a mood for Pizza and Soda iil choice the slice. Do keep in mind that they serve outher food as well such as wings,subs,pasta,mozzarella sticks,...

I must say that I’m not happy with my last two interactions with the slice pizzeria. I also must say that they have good food. Well they usually have good food. I placed an order online and they called me back to tell me that an item that I chose was not in stock. I agreed and we took it off the tab. when I received my food there were items within the food that were cooked, that were bad. I called it in and they said that they would replace it right away. I called in a couple days later to get that re-ordered and they took it to the wrong address. But I will say that I think that they have great customer service because they went back to fix the problem when they could’ve easily ditched me and left me hanging, but they followed through on their word and they provided me with once again the great food that they always have Along with the timely Delivery and smile. I appreciate them going the extra mile and I understand that things just don’t go right sometimes but I will eventually call them again and ask for the same items and I know that they will come through with the great food...

Judging just by the way the owners respond to the reviews, it doesn’t make me want to try them out. Instead of taking the opportunity to improve their business and strive for perfection, the owner behind the keyboard allows their bruised ego to dictate how they choose to make or break business. So far the best experience I have had is at Sapores off Babcock, best in town. If you guys really want to reel in new customers you’ll change your attitude and figure out how to communicate effectively with the public instead of being bitter and nasty with your responses, I’m shocked you could call yourself a business owner.
