KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

Today's visit through the drive thru was terrible. I drove up to the intercom and the automated message played. I waited 3-4 minutes before I said "hello" and the person told me to hold on. Rude. Still took several minutes to come back. I ordered. Drove up to the car in front that was at the window. Got to the window. He told me the total, handed him cash. Then he slammed the window. He came back and said "five" to give me back my change with no receipt. Came back with the bag and didn't say a word just held it out the window. I get it . Sometimes it sucks, but being ugly to people who visit your spot, no. I see there are supervisor, assistant manager, and manager positions available at this store so that means they probably have a revolving door of coverage but damn. Hold people accountable. This brand new, recently rebuilt store could do better on the customer...

Ended up going to this place around 1050am, and I was the first person in line. I order a chicken sandwich and they let me know it would be a quick 5 minute wait. After I paid they told me to pull around they would bring out the food. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the same cashiers that took my order came out and asked if I had been helped.... After telling her that she took my order and told me to wait out front, she realized and went back inside. 5 minutes later the food came out... Cold. It was a manager this time that brought it out and she quickly gave it to me with an attitude, and proceeded to just laugh and walk back inside. Food was disgusting and cold not to mention poor customer service. I made the mistake coming here, but as you can tell from the old building, I should have drove 15 min to a better fast...

To start off I wish I there was an option for negative zero stars on the review star selection because I placed my order through the app arrived 10 minutes early they surprisingly had it ready although the food was cold to the touch I had also placed another side order through the drive through then pulled up to the window the manager (serenity) was working the window at the time and instructed a (caucasian woman fry cook) to get my order ready in return she (groaned loudly) as if I was a nuisance to her the manger then laughed and looked over to me saying I apologize then proceeded to giggle some more I now see why the parking lot/drive through is always empty to this establishment I will definitely not be returning back especially with adult staff acting...
