Via bus drivers ar CONSTANTLY RUDE!! Not just to myself but a lot of the other people that ride the bus. I had asked a driver if the bus was going where I needed to be, just to make sure. His reply; 'are you getting on or not'? Wow, so rude!! A question that requires a very simple yes or no response should NEVER be answered like that!! I hate via transit for not doing anything about their bus operators aggressive driving, constantly being late as well as the overall hostile and rude demeanor of their divers. Almost all their drivers have a permanent scowl on their faces. If you hate working at Via so much, then quit!! No one is making you work there. I'm sure there are a lot of other places you can work. Just not places where you can be so hostile and rude all the time. So, I guess that Via bus drivers would be able to act like angry jerks...

People may complain about the bus drivers but I have never had a issue with any of them. They are always pretty friendly. People may complain about leaving early or arriving late.
