Stopped by for a quick dessert after shopping in the Quarry area. I didn't expect much as have been to many gelato shops and had similar experiences. However, this gelato was amazing and the real deal. There were probably 40 different flavors, so it was hard to narrow it down. Finally, ordered the grande cup since could pick 3 flavors. Also, ordered an Affogato to taste the coffee with the gelato. There were plenty of sitting areas inside and also a few tables outside. The 3 scoops in the grande were very generous. I was impressed with the amount of gelato he packed into the cup. Each scoop was extremely creamy and smooth. The flavor and freshness were equally as impressive. The affogato was also very good as you could equally taste the espresso and the gelato. If I wasn't so full from the 3 large scoops, I would've also ordered the stuffed donut and maybe sampled a few more flavors. I'll save that for my next trip coming up soon. Great gelato, drinks, and customer service.

Super fun shop! They had clasics, fun flavors, and an entire row of vegan friendly flavors! Sadly I can't remember the name of the man behind the counter (he had a hit in backwards working the night of 12/13/2021) was amazing. He found another vegan flavor in the back and brought it out for my family. Sad that we are just visiting, but fir my family in Texas they are regulars. Sadly they were out of Pouch-ugos tonight for the doggies, but they do provide those extra treats for the 4-legged love bugs in your life. Also apparently their Texas Salted Carmel just won Best Salted Carmel in the country. So you HAVE to give it a try. (Plus their flavors are made daily AND you can try more than one in a cup! You can have up to 5 in their large! [3 flavors in the small, 4 in the regular])

My second visit to this ice cream shop was just as satisfying as the first! The ice cream tastes delicious, and the quality remains amazing. During my first visit, I had a great experience! I loved the coaches and the spare seating— it didn’t feel crowded at all. The air conditioning was perfect for a hot summer day, and the customer service was top-notch. The bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. We sampled quite a few gelatos before making our decision. Two small gelatos cost $11, including a 20% tip. We visited in the afternoon on a weekday after summer camp with my child, and we both loved it! We're definitely planning to return because we love the variety of creamy, soft ice creams! 🍨

To whom this may concern: My girlfriend and I have come to the Quarry location more times than we can count. It is our ALWAYS our day date choice. My girlfriend grew up in Germany, and she was very excited when she realized that y'all make spaghetti ice.

However, my girlfriend does have a severe tree nut allergy. So, we had to check your location out before deciding if we thought it was "safe." As you're probably aware being in the food industry, people with tree nut allergies are very limited in where they can have dessert. In fact, I had to order chocolate from Vermont (a nut-free facility) just so that my girlfriend can have chocolate tomorrow for Valentine's Day.

I tell you this to tell you our disappointment when we went to Paciugo this weekend. The past several times, the amaretto has been right next to the vanilla, which just happens to be a flavor used for the spaghetti ice. We asked the person working if y'all had any vanilla in the back that was not opened yet. He told us no, and he also told us that y'all are not a safe location for dessert because y'all don't wash the equipment and simply just rinse it.

This was incredibly disappointing to both of us knowing that we can never visit your location again, one of the only places around town that we truly enjoyed. I'm not writing this for sympathy. It is my hope, however, that your business will consider making and packaging some of the most popular flavors in a nut-free area. You don't know how much it would mean to the 3.9-plus million people who just want dessert like the rest of us.

Sincerely, Kensie Benoit

I'm giving y'all 4 stars because I love the gelato. But I can't give 5 since there are no accommodations for people with...

You'll find a lot of interesting flavors here. They're definitely fun and flavorful in some ways. Good luck deciding. They have really creamy dairy ice cream that is not overly sweet. After a stroll on a Sunday evening, my husband and I enjoyed our dessert at this place! I had a mango drink, which I didn't find on the menu. (I saw the drink picture on the wall and ordered it.) My husband had tiramisu (it contains alcohol) and coconut flavor ice cream. The mango drink is an 8/10 for me: I expected more richness and thickness from that flavor. However, it was a fizzy drink with a mango flavor. The ice cream is 10/10. You can try the sample before buying. We had tiramisu, and before trying, they told us that it had alcohol. The coconut flavor is also good. It's creamy, thick, and richly flavored. If someone loves coconut, try this ice cream,It was a bit crowded around the evening, but the seating is spread out and there's outdoor seating. Love the ambiance! Prices are reasonable, and it was definitely worth the time. Great service and good staff. Anyone planning to work on a laptop and have little dessert at the same time can...

One would’ve expected the San Antonio franchise owners should’ve made their work telephone number message to inform customers of what to expect now that it’s been over six months since the fire, instead of it always saying the “mailbox is full”. . I’ve left messages for the corporate offices over six months ago and absolutely no response. Corporate Address 1215 Viceroy Dr. Dallas, TX 75247. CEO Jeff Sinelli’s isn’t attentively addressing customers inquiries. Sad situation on these “paciugo gelato” business pretenders leaving customers in the dark for ages. Predicted bankruptcy if it hadn’t been for “themuse inspired” recent post 3 days ago. Hopefully the fire Insurance settlement check was enough to properly rebuild & afford this franchise a new telephone with messaging capabilities instead of them likely living off the insurance proceeds while not generating any income by selling a once upon a time delicious gelato. God only knows what quality corners will be cut to make up for the losses &...
