We brought my wedding band here 2 years ago because I had bent it in an accident. He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesn't get bent again, but in the meantime he said he'd just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge.

Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubby's wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service!

A few weeks ago I was goofing around and managed to pop a link on my chain - a chain I wear every single day and is a staple of my attire. As always, I went to Yelp to find the best options for jewelry repair and quickly came across many recommendations for this business. I popped in the next afternoon to inquire about pricing and turnaround time and they took my chain and said they'd try to have it done before closing. I had some shopping to do in the area so the wait was no problem. Not even 15 minutes later, I received a call with an update on my chain. Unfortunately, the chain had some issues that began at the original construction of it, but they were honest & professional in relaying the information which I greatly appreciated. I stopped in to pick my chain up (which they did fix) and to my surprise, there was no charge. They wouldn't even allow me to tip them for their time which simply blew me away. The consideration for their customers blew me away since you don't find customer service like this anymore. I will more than recommend them to everyone I know and will certainly be bringing them business of my own for jewelry repair...

Luis Rojas is amazing. He was able to fix my husband's wedding ring so it was wearable again. Years ago, after my husband broke his finger during softball, the ring had to be resized, to fit over the knuckle, with two BBs inside so it would not fall off. It never fit properly and was uncomfortable; the ring would spin and move, causing it to hit areas on the top, which damaged the channel and dislodged a diamond. After moving to Texas, we set out to find a jeweler who could fix it, especially now that hubby's knuckle has enlarged. Luis rebuilt the entire channel to reset the diamonds, but even better is the new, specially designed horseshoe fitting for the inside which allows the ring to slide over the knuckle and not slide around at the base of the finger. The ring fits perfectly and is now comfortable. Not only that, it was polished and looks better than it did when new. Truly a master craftsman who really cares, a rarity in today's world.
