I can not say enough great things about Dr Robinson and his staff! My daughter is a patient of his and had an eye injury (eraser to the eye). It was after hours on a Friday afternoon so I left a message hoping to get in the next day. He called me right back and actually went out of his way to meet me at his office after hours! Words cannot express how appreciative I am for that. She had an important softball tournament the next day and we were worried that she wouldn’t get to play. Instead of just putting a patch over her eye and sending her on her way, he took the time to give her a special lens to wear that would protect her eye and allow her to play! She was so relieved; thank you for doing that!
Because of his awesomeness, I became a patient. I just had my first eye exam with him a and he remembered who I was, he asked about my little “eraser girl”, called her by her nickname, and also remembered other details about our conversation!
My husband came with me to the appointment to look at their selection of glasses. His prescription ( from another doctor) was written a little differently. Dr Robinson took the time to call them and clarify. He also took the time to make sure that my hubby was getting the exact type of lenses that he wanted by showing him an actual sample of what he was getting. He wasn’t (is now) even a patient of his!
As patients, we get so used to just being a number, it’s reassuring to know that there are doctors out there who love what they do and truly care! It’s so noticeable!
This all brings us to today, I opened the mail and got the sweetest thank you card from him! Don’t thank me, thank you! Please keep doing what you do, Dr Robinson! And thank you to your staff! You’ve got a great team of people working...

My foster son got his glasses there and first time I called, I was told they were going to place the order and will be there on a week. I called after a week and I am told the order was not place because the person in charge was out of the office and she did not approve it without giving that update. Almost 45 days after I spoke to them the first time, they text the previous contact person (yes, I gave new contact and specified that through text) to let them know the frames are ready... of course really confused at this point, so I called a 3rd, and this time they said I need to pay for the frames when the policy specifies replacement frames are covered... First time I spoke to them I was told they can get a replacement frame the first year, and these broken frames are from November last year, this is very common, places like Walmart offers that 1 free replacement frame...
