This is my experience at this Sonic. But, I would suggest scrolling through the rest of these reviews. First off, no Goggle I canāt recommend this Sonic, or any other anymore as a matter of fact, but particularly this one. 40 minutes for 4 RT 44ās and a bag of ice. 8:15 pm or so 04/07/2023. I am one of three cars in line, and the car in front of me, decides to get out of line and leave. That left two vehicles. After about 15 minutes, a young lady finally decides to come out to the drive-through, and inform me that there is only enough sweet tea to make one route 44, and one large drink. You think sonic would have more sweet tea on hand at 8:15 at night. I say that is fine, thank you for letting us know. Finally, pulling through the drive-through window, a young lady, and a barely audible voice reads off the order, and says that we will not be charged for the full order instead for one large drink. I said thatās fine, thank you. Then she proceeds to charge me the full price and then I remind her about the order that was changed. She then ducks back inside the restaurant, comes back out five minutes later, and gives me the new total which I promptly pay. Mind you I get no receipt during this time. She hands me the change and then proceeded to drop the drink all over the counter, and then stares at me. She said Iām sorry sir that was the last of the tea. I said how can that be? You just told me there was enough for a large and a route 44 sweet tea, which I have not received yet. I said, is there enough to put in the remainder of that drink and a new cup? She looks at me like I have two heads. She then shuts the window, and disappears to speak to three other young ladies in there for about 10 minutes. By this time I noticed that there are four other cars behind me. I knock on the window to get their attention, nobody wants to speak to me. I donāt understand what the issue is. They were all either too scared or they just did not want to speak to me instead of getting a young man coming from the back of the restaurant to eventually speak to me. My wife and I eventually explain to the young man that our original order was for route 44 sweet teas, and a bag of ice. And the comical chain of events that escalated there after. I eventually left there with two drinks, and a bag of ice being refunded for everything else. This was a waste of 40 minutes of my life that I will not get back for a very simple order. Since I donāt have a receipt, Iām going to have to find another way to contact corporate. Last time I was back here was four years ago, and it still has not changed. My previous review was deleted so I could post this new one. I highly recommend going someplace else due to my horrible...

I wanted to treat my family to drinks and ice cream and Sonic was on our route. I knew better... this particular location has a reputation for being slow with zero quality when it comes to service. It's known as the "fast food" location for throwing your money away at. Even some of my family who is new to this side of town knows to steer clear of this particular Sonic. Yet I thought I would give them one more try. After all, they were not busy and I had a very basic order that required no cooking.
I pressed the red button to order at 1:17 pm today. I ordered 3 Dr Peppers and 3 Sonic Blasts. I paid for my order right away using the credit card payment option at my order box. And I waited.
My brothers and my kiddos were so excited for me to bring these home for them as a treat. At 1:47 the order was still not delivered to our car. And there had been zero communication from the staff as to what was going on. Thirty minutes.... to make three drinks and three small Sonic Blasts and they were not even on their way yet. And now I am feeling like a fool. After all, I knew better given this locations known reputation and my past experiences.
I pressed the red button again only to be dismissed and very firmly told in an annoyed tone, "We are working on your order!".
Five minutes later.... my order was still not delivered to my car.
I pressed the red button again and now the staff was irritated with me. "Your order is on it's way ma'am!" Like I was a problem. I told them at this point I did not want the order, just a refund. I also asked to speak to a manager. What do you know... the General Manager was working in the kitchen.
He came to my car with zero resolution, zero apologies. I expressed this was an on going issue for this location.... his response, "People come and go. Have a nice day.". Is this the response of a leader? I just feel like there is no accountability.
Is it my place as a customer to tell you to close your doors? Am I out of line to tell you to get your ship in order? I am so mad I just want to say run a business that helps people, not a business that causes more stress for customers. Here is the deal, you already know your competition includes brands who make limited errors, provide high quality food and service so fast I can't even get my credit card put away before they are handing me my hot waffle fries and chicken sandwich. I should have driven a little further.... it would have been...

I arrived at 2pm today, They have really bad service. ordered a burger and drink today and got an really old dried up burger patty had to be like 4 hours old or something it was disgusting. drink was fine no complaints on that. waited 8 minutes at window and figured they were making the burger fresh or something since they had no other customers. nope... I really don't understand how it took so long for 2 items and no customers and they end up giving me one of the oldest nastiest burgers I have ever received no joke. just saw the burger and took a nibble and throw it away so I would not get food poisoning. Store and lot always look nasty as well. From customer perspective this place looks and operates rundown and it really shows that the owners and management do not care. on top of that the place does not do honor the 2 for 5 sonic app deal. Lastly they put their DT only sign in the dead center of the lot so you have to go around it and good luck if you got a big truck as with my corolla I was barely able to clear it. If I had to guess they put if like that to try to keep the customers out idk. won't be going here anymore ill stick with whataburger down the road, they may take a bit to make your food but they actually give you an edible burger. What an absolute joke of a so called business never have I seen such...
