First, let me start off by saying thank you to the staff who helped us today. Not only did they handle our situation quick, but the respect that was shown to our family truly shows how they care for their customers. We made our reservations for two lanes online the day before for a family get together. When we showed up, checking in was very quick and easy. As we were getting our balls and checking and clearing out the balls left in our two reserved lanes, I was confronted by an older gentleman, who clearly was a regular league player there. He tried to say that I needed to move and could not be standing past the line. I was not next to him nor was I crowding him. He was real quick to start an argument and would not stop, even after his friends and I and told him to just calm down and just bowl. He continued to escalate the situation further which was uncalled for being that it is a family atmosphere and there were a lot of children around. Two staff members came to the lanes to control the situation and make sure that everything was good. Not only did they apologize for what happened and for how we were treated by the gentleman, but they moved our entire group to The Oak Room, even though there was no obligation on their end to do so. It was greatly appreciated. The private lanes were awesome. The atmosphere and vibe were incredible. There was so much more space for our group as well. The food was delicious and pricing for everything was very reasonable. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone and will continue to go back.

*updated* changed to 5 *s Now that we've been 3 or times, we're treated like family. For a nice, simple and inexpensive bowling alley that you can take family and friends, this place can't be beat. It doesn't have the latest hi tech screens, but that shows in the price you pay If you want an inexpensive place to bowl with family and friends, this is your place. This place is classic vintage bowling. No graphics on the screens, but the lanes are all good quality. The retired Marine (semper fi) that runs the register can be gruff. Give him some slack. He's a good dude at heart. 21 years is hard to unlearn. It has a nice little bar and the kitchen cooks up standard bowling alley fare at a decent price. The crown jewel of the place is the super swanky special events room behind the bar. 8 private lanes. Access to the bar. It's straight 1960s cool. There's even a small arcade to help settle side bets.

Pros: Good location, easy to find and to get in and out of. Ample parking as well. Great staff. Food and drink prices are your bowling alley average. Food was good and not the typical very greasy bowling alley fare. Cons: Scoring software is very dated. If it isn't twenty plus years old I would be very surprised. We came here for cosmic bowling not out didn't stay on time even though they began the timer for our bowling session. There isn't much cosmic about it as well. It would be better called blacklight bowling. It was enough to get things glowing but outside of that there are less than a handful of light going. Music was horrible. Pretty much rap all night. The location is fine otherwise for regular bowling outside of house old the scoring screens and software seems to be but their "cosmic" bowling leaves much to be desired all around

Please don't come here if you want bumpers for anybody who isn't a child, or even children who may want them but not want to play the whole time. Do not come here if you want anything resembling a decent customer experience.

We had a terrible experience here. We went as a group of 5 adults and one child age 2. We put up the bumpers for one of the adults who had never bowled before and the child. Our child stopped wanting to play for a while, so we removed the child from the game temporarily. Shortly after the bumpers for the adult were removed without our input.

I went to the front desk to ask them to be put back on, and the woman who spoke to me in a very rude tone asked their age. They informed me that "bumpers are only for ages 12 and under." OK. It doesn't really make sense that adults playing casually can't use bumpers, we're not playing competitively and it's not bothering anybody.

We kept playing despite the rude response and our beginner being unable to hit any pins most of the time. When our toddler wanted to start playing again, I asked if they could have the bumpers put up to a different employee. They agreed to put the bumpers up for the toddler.

After a while our toddler stopped wanting to play again. The adults took turns doing practice throws for our toddler while they weren't playing. At some point I saw the original employee that rudely told me bumpers were only for 12 and up standing behind us watching us with a mean ugly look on her face. Shortly after our bumpers were turned off again with no notice or explanation.

The thing that made me so upset about this interaction isn't the stupid rule, which I maintain is stupid because an adult using bumpers to enjoy their bowling experience isn't hurting anybody. What made me upset was the rude treatment followed by the anti customer policing that they did to us. Their actions did nothing but harm our experience and made us feel very unwelcome.

I will never be coming back here again. This establishment has the right to set whatever rules they want...and I have a right to not patronize a business that employs people who set out to make the customer experience worse. I hope anybody who reads this will consider this...

Found this place on groupon, paid $25 for 5 people for 2 hours of bowling & shoes. Was very excited to spend the afternoon bowling . place isn't all that , but i wont judge a place by looks . So i went in waited in line, manager (Tommy) was on register told him i had bought a groupon he immediately started giving me an attitude saying i was not able to redeem the two hour bowling i asked why , he gave me ever more attitude said they had to close all lanes by 5:30 because of a fundraiser i said thats fine . gave me receipt. I was waiting for him to ask for size of shoes he didn't, i asked um, shoes? he said go get them around the counter, again with an attitude. we all got our shoes, had to go up to him again because he did not give us our lane number, he said 11!!! i was like wow , okay at least i wont have to deal with him anymore. he set us up in a lane without bumpers, when we have kids with us. I said well lets just bowl we only had an hour. my son was not knocking any pins down i finally gave in went to go ask another employee if we could get switched to a lane with bumpers he told me i had to speak to his manager , so i went. he gave me attitude and said lane 17. Thats all. So rude!

My son went to go play a quarter game, my son asked for another quarter i asked where the ball was at, he said it took the Quarter and didn't give him a ball , i again had to go tell him and he took his wallet out put a dollar in register got quarters walked over to game to put his quarter acting like i was doing something wrong, putting the quarter . It happened to him as well, he just gave me two quarters and walked away.

I've never felt so disrespected, i understand they were having a fundraiser and he could've been stressed but there was no need to him to have been so rude towards me, and other customers that day. Manager names was Tommy. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER...
