It has been MONTHS since we have been trying to get an appointment with her; it was for my friend. Unfortunately, it was our fault; we did not see the reviews.

They cancel whenever she wants and reschedule or show up whenever she pleases. Not everyone loves to wait for a doctor to reschedule just for her not to show up for a TELEHEALTH appointment, especially when we were her VERY first appointment for the day. She Irresponsible and BEYOND unprofessional; whoever still wants to go there, good luck dealing with her staff too because that's another adventure; they will do anything and everything to back her lies up. After all that Rescheduling and waiting the day of the appointment, her staff tried to lie to us, stating that she was with another patient when she wasn't because her first patient was supposed to be my friend. After our first few experiences with her and her staff, we got the very first appointment for that reason. Just a friendly note to the clinic and Ms. Brothers: Your patients have REAL JOBS where they don't have the liberty to come as they please; if you ever do get more patients, you may want to consider being mindful of that, or even better, shut down you lousy clinic.

I don't ever write reviews, but BOY do I wish there were an option for ZERO stars for this lady, and no, she is not a doctor for me; she and her staff are just one hack of Pathological liars. This is why we have so little...

The only thing that felt competent about my child's experience with Dr. Brothers was that she referred me to a behavioral therapist who confirmed that my daughter did NOT have bipolar disorder as Dr. Brothers insisted that she did. The whole experience was stressful and Dr. Brothers does not respond to her staff's correspondence, leaving us, as patients, to feel frustrated and annoyed at the wrong people. The staff that deals with her was very courteous and consistent, I wish I could say the same for this supposed professional. Thankful that my child doesn't have to deal with her any longer. She "fired us" as patients for pushing back against her diagnosis when the meds made my daughter feel awful and sick. Trust your children and be an advocate against doctors that don't listen. Dr. Brothers was very rude. She dropped my wife as her patient just because she wanted to try a different medication and because she didn't agree with my wife's opinion that the medication was causing side effects. Now, my wife has been diagnosed with bipolar and takes medication prescribed by this doctor. Dr. Brothers literally said "If you think the medication is causing all those side effects, stop taking them and make an appointment with someone else.". We were very shocked with how unprofessional she was. She even times her visits to only 35 minutes per patient. We were only at 25 minutes and she was already saying that we've hit our limit. She's always late to every appointment. Talks too much and doesn't listen. Interrupts and raises her voice.
