The wings and fries we got were dry, tasted pre frozen and off flavor, and were less appetizing. The Wings were so dry and tough that we could not chew, after trying the third one and having to split it out we gave up.. for this food we were charged $30. We did a take out order and called not long after leaving to request to speak to a manager regarding the food and were told they were not in. We took a photo of the food and went to burger boy because it was truly inedible. About a hour later the manager (JJ) called and seemed very nice as first asking for more details on our experience. We explained in detail our frustration with both the food we ordered (quality and being overpriced) and the fact that their menu didn’t match the website so some items were not available. He proceeds to explain 3 things: 1. the fries were soggy because they double fry them to keep them hot and that our fries were made and first fried in the morning around 11 and then refried around 9pm when we ordered. 2. the chicken wings were probably tough because they were naked wings and if they would have been properly tossed in the dry rub rather than had it on the side that would have fixed the issue. 3. Our $30 meal should have been $20 as it was the same as a combo but was incorrectly entered as each item separately. He then continued to tell us that he would be educating his team on ensuring customers get the best deal especially customers with disabilities… he thanked us excessively for taking the time to talk with him and then offered a free meal if we wanted to drive back the 30-45 minutes during their grand opening next week. We told him we would not be attending but appreciated him calling us. He again apologized and thanked us for our time. After we hung up it hit us that he had just told us we were overcharged. We called back to ask for the $10 overcharge to be refunded and he stated he just told us about the overcharge as a courtesy but would be unable to refund any part of our order and could only issue a $10 credit for the next time we stopped in. We said we would not be returning and would like the overcharge refunded and again he said that wasn’t possible. I then asked if he could refund the whole order since they couldn’t do a partial and he said they would not do that as we had called twice now and didn’t mention wanting a refund at the beginning (we didn’t know we were over charged) and we did received the food we ordered (after apologizing 20min earlier for it not being up to par). We asked if their was a owner or senior manager we could speak to during normal business hours and he refused to give us the senior manager/owners name and said we could catch them if we came by in person tomorrow at 11am… Do yourself a favor and go get food somewhere else! Better wings can be found at Pluckers, Buffalo Wild Wings, Zaxby’s or even Wing Stop. Food quality and service here is appalling.

Expensive, disappointing, and bizarre. This review is for their bone-in wings and inside eating. Also, alot of their recent reviews are highly suspect, check out reviewers previous reviews and their locations... Dropping down a star just for that. First, the minimum order is a pound of wings for $17 (not including tax and tip). That is about 10 wings. For comparison, Wing Stop offers the exact same amount for $12. And yes, the flavors are similar, if not identical (for at least my order). Second, the wings are small to medium. So while you "pay by the pound", you could end up paying for more bone than meat. See my picture. Third, the bizarre part. While the name of the restaurant insinuates 60 flavors, you are supposed to choose only one flavor per order ($17). Last, some minor inconveniences that make the experience of eating inside the restaurant uncomfortable and inconvenient. The booths are at a 90 degree angle, which is notoriously uncomfortable as they offer no back support. While the food is meant to be eaten with your hands, there is literally only one small set of napkins in the entire restaurant (by the drink station), rather than at each table. The napkins can only be grabbed one-at-a-time, and they are the cheap thin kind, so you'll need a lot. While the wings are meant to be shared with a group, they initially offer no extra plates. These issues may seem small, but they pile up, and is disappointing when you are paying that much for wings, as the experience should equal the price. That said, despite the medium to small size, the wings were fresh. However, there is a caveat, because they were ordered without the flour coating. I was told most of the wings with the default flour coating are not made fresh, so that they come out of the kitchen quicker. Finally, the server was kind and informative. So they have that going for them.

Our first and last time here, sorry! • Absurdly expensive! $20 for 10 wings that are so tiny they barely have any meat. • They apparently serve 60 flavors of wings, but you can only choose 2 flavors for 10 wings. How lame! (If you look at the menu, it says 1 flavor per pound/10 wings, but they probably switched to 2 flavors per pound because they know it too that it’s ridiculous that you can’t choose multiple flavors) • The food labeled “spicy” is so spicy that it isn’t enjoyable. • The service was really odd. The staff was friendly at first and helped us with ordering. Since it was our first time, we didn’t know that they had 60 different flavors, so we took our time deciding. When we placed the order, it asked for a tip, and I didn’t tip on the screen because I wanted to leave a cash tip. The moment the cashier saw that I hadn’t left a tip, his expression instantly changed, and you could tell he was visibly upset. • All the servers started to look at us strangely, we did not feel comfortable dining in there. • After we were done, I had to use the restroom to wash the spice off my shirt, so I took some time to clean up. As soon as I got out, a worker was standing outside. I guess she went in right after I got out of the restroom, because I had to return to the restroom cause I missed a spot on my shirt and the same lady was in there. Apparently, she did that with another person I was with. Was she cleaning up after every guest who used the restroom, or was she just doing it for our table? We’ll never know. I just think that the staff is super weird. • The only good thing about this restaurant is their loaded fries. If you accidentally end up at the restaurant and are reading this review, you know what to get :) Overall, a below-average restaurant with weird staff and horrible food! Please save your money.
