Lennys Grill & Subs #788 — Restaurant in San Antonio

I normally don't have anything bad to say about Lenny's, but the most previous visit of mine left me very unhappy. I waited an ENTIRE HOUR for my food because the employee on the register didn't care enough to pay attention to who the orders were for, he gave my food to someone else, and then didn't even tell us the truth about why we were having to wait so long, he said they were just busy and had a lot of orders, well the 3 people who came in after me and ordered in the store received their food just fine, while I sat and watched them come and then go. Mind you, I also called ahead and placed my order so that I could get there and pick it up quicker, but boy was I mistaken. Once I FINALLY received my food, I found that the veggie Philly I ordered was almost completely tasteless, soggy, and utterly disappointing. I had hoped that I could get a replacement or something the next time I went and the employee in charge that day, (another thing worth noting is the manager was not on shift at all, the store was in the hands of two normal employees who clearly couldn't handle it) assured me that we would recieve a phone call from their manager about the situation but, low and behold, they never contacted me and I never received the so-called coupon that was promised me in the mail. If you plan to run a business, managers especially, make sure that you hire competent people who know what they're doing, I will never again visit this location. 1/10...

It was my first visit here, but my second time trying Lenny's. I ordered The American Club "Lenny's Way" and enjoyed it. My only letdown was the bacon was whole strip and squishy. Which was strange, I was the first customer of the day right at opening and the bacon wasn't even a little crispy. I took it to go when I unrolled the wrapper on one half of the sandwiches the bacon was clumped between the sandwich and the paper. I had the Turkey Bacon and Alvocado at another location, and the hickory smoked bacon was chopped up and crunchy. Maybe that's only done for the TB&A sandwich?? But it was why I was craving to try another sandwich from Lenny's, and this was where i was working close to that morning. It never fails, haha. The one thing you're looking for and it's not there. Other than that, it wasn't bad, but although time wise, it didn't seem to be rushed out when looking at the sandwich seemed to be a little rushed.

12\11\23 came back for lunch and decided to try something without expectation and ordered the Italian sandwich Lenny's Way. It tasted good, fresh. Thanks to the friendly staff, keep up...

"I was there yesterday around 430. I had ordered three deluxe clubs, and a philly which came out to $40. None of the clubs came with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mustard. They were just super plain. I’m not sure if it was because the Sunday crew just wanted to go home early. This was my first time going to Lenny’s and I didn’t know what to except. I just went through the menu and I see the sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes. While my family and I were eating there one of the workers left the front door open for twenty minutes bringing in all the chairs and tables, so it got hot inside while he was doing that. Also I wanted to refill on tea and found out they had dumped it. We left at 5 as I was leaving I read the sign outside and it said Lenny’s closes at 6. Overall it was a bad...
