I placed an online app order at 10:27 a.m., was given an estimated time of 19 to 29 minutes, and arrived at the store at 11:00 a.m. when my app said ready. I went inside and the one employee working who says he's the manager said that it would take a few more minutes. So I waited a few more minutes but told him that I had somewhere I needed to be at 11:20 so I would have to leave in about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes. I asked if it would be ready in the next 2 minutes. He said no, it would take another 5 minutes at least to bake in the oven. So I asked him for a refund. At that point it had been 40 minutes since the order was placed on the app. When I inquired as to why this was taking so much longer than the estimated wait time on the app as well as when the app had already said my order was ready, he said that he had two calls in orders of 15 pizzas a piece and that came in before my online app order so he was working on those despite my order only having two pizzas and the app telling me it had an estimated time maximum of 29 minutes. He did not seem apologetic at all, basically chalked it up to the fact that he was working alone. I told him that if he's going to be the only one working alone, then maybe there needs to be some protocols about how many orders he can take and how big those orders can be if he's the only one working and can't...
Read moreI ordered my pizza, tracked my order and saw the delivery driver was at the wrong complex (the wrong address and also the name of the complex was not my address whatsoever.) I watched them leave (tracked on the app) without delivering my pizza so I contacted the manager at the store. The way she spoke, and her “solution” to “solve” this issue was not pleasant. I felt blamed, she made me feel like it was my fault. Initially I wasn’t upset until I spoke to her. She was not kind or helpful. She told me that my number was wrong (why the driver didn’t contact me) and spoke over me when I was trying to explain that the driver wasn’t at the right complex. She told me that the pizza was left on the floor at the wrong address and that the driver would drive back and give me that pizza. This is not okay. So unsanitary. It was left unattended at the incorrect address on the ground. I don’t know could’ve had access to this and it was also left outside for a long time. I wasn’t apologized to or compensated in any way. Very disappointed. I got this room-temp pizza from off a stranger’s front door, not only that but it was so delayed after the expected delivery time…. Read moreMy boyfriend ordered a pizza from this location today, and while he was waiting for the order inside he let me know the staff was being unprofessional and that there was a woman that sent an employee home then was yelling about how she had a flat tire and she had to wait at walmart for 1 hr, and something about this girl (that she sent home) wanting to get more hours yet not working up to her standard. It made my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable. As well as promoting a hostile working environment. I was waiting in the car so i went in to speak to a manager about his experience and to my surprise this unprofessional woman was the manager! I can see why this poor girl doesnt want to work her shifts, i recorded the interaction that i had with this theatrical woman and she was about to begin to explain but then said this doesnt even bother you. Which i then let her know it is her literal job to be professional & that she shouldnt be making customers feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location as i am appalled at how the manager runs...
