I ordered two soups, the Tom Yum Talay and the Suki. Both were the worst soups I've ever had, and poor excuses for Thai food. The Tom Yum did not have any lemongrass flavor, or much flavor at all for that matter. It tasted very sweet and watered down. The scallops (there were 3) were tiny overcooked babies that tasted like they were nuked in the microwave. The crab meat was tiny bits of very sweet and nasty imitation crab. The tomatoes tasted like literally nothing. There was barely any spice. Overall it was nauseating and I threw most of it away. The Suki soup came with a red sauce to be added to it. It smells and tastes like cheap hot sauce mixed with medical examining gloves (*vomit*). The soup by itself tasted bland and flavorless, but the sauce utterly ruined it. The cabbage they used had black rotten spots on every piece. I threw this trash soup out as well. $33 literally down the drain for terrible food from people who wouldn't know how to cook Thai if they got hit in the face with free Thai cooking lessons from master chefs. I want my money back. Going to Tong's Thai like I should have done in the first place.

I hate to be negatively critical…but it is what it is. I ordered the Drunken Noodle. Every place, of course, has their own style, but this was probably the farthest away from the norm as I have had. It was very heavy on the sauce, soaking in it. I asked for MEDIUM heat. It was HOT…and I mean excessively hot for something called medium. I have a healthy tolerance for heat, but this was a bit extreme. Lastly, it had no basil…well, one piece…but for a dish that is based on basil, this was a fail. Oh…and the tomatoes were green and hard. I really wanted it to be good, but it wasn’t. I was just hot and bitter. Maybe I’ll try again…or maybe not.

We have ordered here twice. The first time we picked up and the second time we ordered with Uber Eats. Ordered a Pad Pak Veggie Delight which was ok. Most of the flavor was soy sauce. The other dish was the Pad Katiem (also the picture) which was basically iceberg lettuce with some garlic sauce that had enough salt to give you high blood pressure. This should be in the salad section. We did get an order or veggie spring rolls as an appetizer and they were tasteless. Also the portions were very small. Basically our dinner was disgusting and we will never order here again. If you want good San Antonio Thai food check out Thai Hut Bistro.

I love this place! I've been coming here for several years now (probably about five years) and they really just keep getting better. I think their food has improved a lot since they started. Their pad see ewe is really good and so is the panang curry. I recently tried the beef salad as well and that was delicious and had a lot of high quality beef in there. They didn't skimp out at all. They have great appetizers here too. Try the fried soft-shelled crab or the chicken satay skewers. The skewers come with some really good peanut sauce. Great prices, especially for what you get. They have a really good lunch menu where you get an entree, vegetable roll, soup of the day, and iced tea. Good service here too. The waitresses are all very friendly. The last time I was there with my mother, her food was too spicy so the waitress offered a unique way to make it less spicy (since she explained that it only comes in one spice level by default). She offered to bring some hot coconut milk to add to the curry to cool it down and it did the trick. I think the decor might be a tad gaudy and I don't particularly like how they tend to sit all parties cramped into one side of the restaurant when there are plenty of free tables on the other side. Overall, nice place though! One of my favorite Thai...

Worst experience I’ve EVER had at an establishment. Tried to place an order online. Two different cards were declined via the website so I called in the order and went inside to pay. While waiting for my food I noticed both my debit card and my credit card were charged four times (total around $200). Girls looked at me like I committed a crime when I showed them, as if I was inconveniencing them. “It’s because you didn’t come inside to order” “It was done through a third party so it’s not our responsibility” Let them know I just followed the link they have on google. No empathy and no solutions. Had to get the a manager on the phone from other location to get the issue resolved. Have not received a refund “could be a few hours or a couple days since it’s Sunday”. I have bills to pay so I’m hoping I get it back sooner than later. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Food still took an hour to come out. Now that i had been charged four times, my debit card declined and the food was taken out of my hands. So I went home without my order and no money to grab dinner! unless you wanna get robbed and then embarrassed in front of a full restaurant by the staff, I would avoid this place...
