Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in San Antonio

Just left this store and I'm not one to leave negative reviews (especially for retail stores because I remember that life as a teen) but this is only my second time to this location and both were pretty horrible experiences. I don't think I've ever been completely ignored at a retail store even after making eye contact with an associate. I even asked a question to an associate about sizing in which she responded "I don't know" as though I was interrupting her day. There were maybe 5 customers in the store so they definately weren't busy. Not 1, not 2, but 3 employees acted as though I wasn't even there. It couldn't be my appearance because my outfit is all lulu with Nike shoes, I'm wearing $400 perfume and I have a shopping bag (with items to exchange) so I clearly have shopped VS before. I went to the Northstar location yesterday and had an amazing experience (I'll be leaving them a review shortly). Today makes me never want to shop VS again.

If they were busy then I would let it slide but considering they weren't that leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I've (luckily) never really experienced racial discrimination but this is the first time I've ever felt the way I do right now. The girl that checked me out seemed sweet and apparently there was a regular customer in there who an associate made sure got her $20 off card even though she didn't meet the needed requirements. I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond for a customer but you couldn't even ask if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay even after making eye contact with me? Maybe you should remember what your job is. I don't get to pick and choose who I help at my job because guess what.....that's the job I signed up for and what pays my bills. My customers are the reason I have a job. This location seems to have great ratings so maybe I just.....should have put makeup on?

I have a VERY generous VS expert by the name of Ashley who has been an absolute Angel and has assisted me to the point that after we walk into the store she greets us at the door with a HUGE smile & has committed to memory & metaphorically taken me by the hand to my favorite area of the store, which happens to be Pink and recalls my size, my preferences, suggests products to me based on past purchases, and on more than one occasion has reminded me for instance that I have already purchased an item! This young woman knows more about the inventory of my lingerie collection than I do! Who does that in retail? It's absolutely fabulous! She's done a better job with me than many stylists I've had! She's such the "fashionista"!

Working with Ashley is like being with your BFF! She gets as excited as I do! Love it! She's so fabulous that there are times I'll call before I come just to see if she's working & will put my shopping of if she's gonna be off for just a couple of days so we can work together again. There are days like today that she's off & I can't avoid waiting for her to be back but I will be back hopefully to see my VS Angel Ashley. My new friend...

The employees at this Victoria's Secret were very rude. Me and my fiancee went to this location for the first time this weekend and we were very dissatisfied with the service in this store. The employees stalked us relentlessly and WOULD NOT leave us alone no matter how many times we told them that we were just looking and didn't need any help. Within three minutes of walking in the store we were approached by four different employees. TWICE. Then when we actually needed help we were ingnored by three of the four employees until they finished their conversation. The one that responded to our question I think was a manager on some level, she actually tried to TAKE the product out of my fiancees HANDS. we were appalled at this gesture and reluctantly continued shopping. We will NOT return to this store location. We are frequent shoppers of Victoria's Secret and have always had fair to good service at all of the San Antonio locations EXCEPT...
