I happened to stop by when the owner was there. CUSTOMER SERVICE: He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable about Pokemon & Yugioh collecting. He had several hard-to-find products available. If they weren't in store, it was possible that he had them stored off site and he can help you out.

PRICING: Owning a physical store comes with increased expenses. To mitigate those expenses, the prices of products must be greater than online stores. Simply put, if you want to take a product home today, you will have to pay a little more than the online price.
