Ugh,who likes going to the IRS?!! 🤢I had to drop papers off to the irs. The IRS is no longer located in the front part of the street. You have to park and go to the right side door entryway in order to get into the IRS doors. There is security there but once you get to the second security which is where the IRS door is located at that's where you get to speak with someone but it is not very helpful at all. Although they were very nice they were telling everyone that you have to do things by appointment. I was able to have them to reach someone upstairs so that they will come down and take my paperwork personally but I don't know if everybody would have that option to do so. The Vanir Tower is THE premium office in Downtown San Bernardino. The owner recently spent a ton of money upgrading the entire building. The building comes with security and elevators. New leases are affordable for office and it has shared parking in the adjacent parking structure. Currently the City of SB is a tenant here.
